I have difficulty swallowing even tiny pills so I was glad to find glucosamine in liquid form. I've had bad knees since I was 12. My kneecaps used to dislocate spontaneously when I was younger -- it happened so often I learned how to slide the kneecap back in myself. (OUCH!)Fortunately that stopped in my 30s but then I developed stiff arthritic knees that you would expect to find in someone in their 70s or 80s. I was Aleve almost every day just to relieve the pain. Not good.Glucosamine helps me stay active (running, walking, biking, dancing) and staying active helps my knees remain functional. I almost never have to take Aleve anymore -- at least not for my knees. I've been taking this for years and whenever I run out for a few days, I can always tell the difference. I've learned to buy two bottles at a time, which is pricey but without it, I might be housebound.The taste is a bit too sweet, but not awful. I keep mine refrigerated which helps somewhat. The only real negative (and the only reason I don't give the product five stars) is the presence of artificial sweetener. I don't ingest any other products with artificial sweetener, and if I found another product that worked as well that didn't have artificial sweetener, I would switch. So Wellesse, if you're reading this, please remove the artificial sweetener and then you will have a five star product.

This has a good solid dosage of Glucosamine, Chondritin and MSM, in an easy-to-swallow liquid. It's much easier for me to get down than the huge pills, and has a better dosage, including MSM, than most other liquids. The taste is manageable - not terrible, but much sweeter than I'd like. I don't love it, but it doesn't bother me. I slug it down, follow it with a dosage cup of water to clean the cup and wash it down, then brush my teeth. Be aware, though, that the product is sugarless, and sweetened with sucralose and erythritol, which some people claim can be bad for you. Sucralose is marketed as Splenda - google it to find articles about the purported issues with it.As for efficacy, my knee is way better than when I take nothing, but I'm not sure this is better than any other Gluc/Chon/MSM product, assuming the same dosage.Wellesse, if you're reading this, please make a less sweet version, preferably without sucralose. I'd prefer the flavor, and would also be happier to avoid the artificial sweetener.

This product is great! I'm a Marine with over 20 years in the service and I suffer from two shoulder surgeries, back problems, and now patella tendonitis. I was taking GNC Tri-flex for a couple of years but ever since I switched this liquid product, I will not be going back. The relief was instantaneous! I have no more pain when I walk or workout only when I run over 6 miles but I'm making changes to my running shoes and stride to fix this.

Taking for arthritis in my knee. This stuff taste so bad. Unfortunately I cannot swallow the big horse-size pills so I’m stuck with liquid. You can mix it in water, etc but still- yuk! I haven’t taken it long enough to see results but hoping drinking this awful liquid pays off.UPDATE: I’ve been using this for a month. I used to have such pain in my knee at night that it was difficult for me to sleep. Since taking this, it has completely subsided. Even when I do my intense workouts during the day, at night I am pain free. 4 star because of taste - which I am getting used to.

UDATE I have been taking this product for some time now. In November, I fell and fractured my hip. I didn't get back home for almost a month, so was unable to have my Wellesse. I started taking it as soon as I got back home. Wellesse has me walking again without pain. People are surprised that I have had hip surgery, and can walk as if I hadn't any pain.I recommend this product.

Something changed with the formula. We have been buying this for a year and now that the label has changed it burns my spouse's stomach and can no longer take it. This is disappointing because it was helping alleviate the pain of back arthritis. I guess we will have to change to another brand now.

my husband and I have tried different brands and forms of Glucosamine/chondroiten, this liquid has proven to be the most effective for us. both for arthritis - and a metatarsal injury from an accident. It did take a few months to notice the improvement. as long as I take it every day, I can feel the improvement, but if I slack, my thumb joint (the most painful) will start to hurt again.. My hardest part is remembering to take a liquid I need to keep in the refrigerator.

Great product. It works to lubricate joints and great for keeping active even in colder weather. It takes about a weeks of daily use to notice results. It takes about 2 weeks of not using to remind me to buy MORE! Even my Dad (60's) now uses this a standard for his morning routine.Same price as getting it from Costco, but the convenience of having it delivered to your door *nice*
