Chair was very easy to put together. I love the dark gray color and they are comfortable enough for me. For the price, you really can't beat it. Have already recommended to friends and family.

I’ve had these chairs for a week or so now and I love them! I was disappointed by the shipping process since my box was delivered DESTROYED and legs were missing; however, the seller took care of the problem immediately and sent me more legs, yay! Only other downside is the tools provided are pretty cheap but that’s expected. I definitely recommend using your own tools to assemble faster. I ordered in all black and the results are excellent :)

Solid quality, sturdy, comfy, functional, and practical!These chairs are fantastic! The cushion is comfy and support from the back sets this chair apart from the other chairs I've purchased on Amazon.Also, this is a very good third party seller on Amazon. One of the chairs had missing screws and pads. I was able to reach out to them to get the missing parts shipped to me quickly.

I do have pics of the box before I opened it... not that much opening was required because there were huge holes in it and I'm very surprised nothing fell out. This attests to the quality of internal packaging I guess. It looked as if someone in shipping taped an old box back together and then threw it out of a plane over the delivery site. I cannot believe nothing was broken. This must attest to the sturdiness of the chairs. I was relieved to find nothing damaged. However, one leg was not like the others (it was of a different material, smooth instead of sporting a wood grain). I would like them all to match since these are going in a therapy office for clients to sit on, but I'm torn as I like the one smooth leg over all the others. The chair material itself was very substantial and of high quality. They look as if they will support a lot of weight and survive a long life if the legs hold up.

I was very excited to receive the product, but upon assembly, 1 of the chairs has uneven legs. So it is very wobbly and could not be used. Contacted the seller, they immediately sent another chair.Product.. very sturdy and looks great. The chair cushion is not fabric, super easy to clean.

I’m a teacher that needed a chair that was safe, strong, and anything but a glider—just think of the children 😂😂 anyway, this chair is soooooo perfect! Easy to put together, even though I bragged at our staff meeting that I’m like Tim the toolman taylor for putting it together in 15 minutes.
