This is the only calcium I can stomach: other liquid, pill or powder forms I have tried all tasted terrible.You can take it as is or add to a glass of water for a change of taste.

Love this product. It is great that I am receiving my daily calcium doses, but I also like that it helps me go to the bathroom. So there you go 2x1 product.

Tastes good. Blood work indicates calcium level in good range. Will try one without "citric acid" next time. Possibly one from algae with 2nd party evaluation.
