Doesn't tell you how to cook a lot of foods..Guess you have to experiment with this..Do you cook food dry add water..WI gs didn't turn out like T.V. for sure..

cook book sent with it was very poor and incomplete. Instructions were not clear to me. Seemed to work okay once we figured out how to do it but a better cook book that was complete would help
