I have herniated disk in my L4 L5. When I'm having excessive pain, i wear this brace. It relieves my back. My pain will go from an 8 to a 4. I can only feel relief for a few hours. Otherwise, I need a heating pad or some ibuprofen. But, it does provide relief on the short term when I need it.

I got this because I am 6-4" and my hunched back has bothered me because my wife and other people have noticed my poor posture. I can tell right away I am gently reminded to stand up straight. I have high hopes this will help correct this long time problem of mine if I continue to use it as directed.

Before I found this; I bought another brace & ended up putting it in the give away bag. Got this yesterday & only wore it for 20 mins. today; I really like this, it's comfortable & does what it claims. Will increase the time as the days go by; then I will return to update this review.

This product is great. Im 6'4 and ha e always had a sloching problem. Ive been having issues with my spine and muscles in my shoulders and lower neck as a result. My job needs to sit in front of computer for more than 8 hours a day, so it's easy to make body incline forward and I don't even notice it until I have severe back pain.This vest really helps me keep correct posture and release my back pain. Recommend to all who have the same issue as mine
