Worked out for what we needed
We have a roll-in shower, and the tub spout/diverter tends to "spray" haphazardly before being engaged to send water to the shower. The largest amount of splatter which goes out onto the bathroom floor, comes from this. We bought this to slide over the spout/diverter to better channel this splatter toward the drain. It does that very well and has greatly reduced the errant water from the shower. It was a bit challenging to put it on, but a little muscle and creative flexing did the job. It slips over a "standard" tub spout/diverter and fits snugly. There's also the hole on top which allows the diverter tab to be accessed.

Random hole ON TOP of it?... Not aesthetically pleasing.
No idea what the purpose of the tip "hole" is.. I should have used my brain before ordering, as I assumed it would be for the faucet output nozzle... clearly, it is not, since the direction of the scoop is on the bottom. NOT easy to stretch over faucet arm, and just super odd to have random hole on TOP of faucet arm. Will work... but thankfully is only being used in son's bathroom and master bath.

Do exactly what they're intended to do
These faucet extenders work exactly as they should. They are good at extending the water to make it easier for young kids to wash their hands. I like that the water doesn't collect in these when you turn the water off and that they are neutral looking so they don't stand out too a great extent.

Perfectly functional and easy to use
I purchased this when I decided that it was time to teach my son how to wash his hands. It’s perfect for everyday use. I installed it both in the kitchen and bathroom sinks and it has helped my son wash his hands and even let me wash my dishes easier since I can use less water to cover more surface area.

because sinks are too small
I can more easily reach the faucet water with these attached, and use some thick rubber bands to keep them pointing straight and make it narrower at the end for more water pressure. Can cut off the plastic part of one and rubber band it to the other for even longer extension.

Does the job
The product has a simple design. Can easily be taken on and off. My only problem with it is it collects a little bit of water after use and if you hit it with your hand by accident it will splash and get your shirt all wet. :( Other then that works great to extend the water for my toddler to wash her hands.

Problem solved.
I recently updated my kitchen sink faucet. The tall hook shape makes it easy to fill containers, but splashing around the sink and counter is a problem. The shield offers some protection from the need to wipe down the surrounding surfaces.

Better than expected! Does not slip.
Nice, snug fit on both sink faucets. Better material than I was expecting. Matches color of sink nicely and my toddler loves that she can now reach the water! Yay!
