I had to go back and re-read the description of this item. I thought I was getting an epilator. This is not an epilator. This is just a trimmer. While the word epilator IS in the description and that’s what my eyes went straight to, I guess that’s why I thought I was getting an epilator. I prepared myself for pain because the epilators yank the hairs out along with their root, this item definitely does no do that. It’s painless because all it’s doing is trimming the hair. The word epilator needs to be removed from the description. To me, that is where the let down of this product happened for me. I focused on the word epilator. While this product did work, it would have been quicker/faster/cheaper to get those eyebrow shaping razors. I can get an 8 pack for like $7. I will say that I appreciate how easy it was to clean when I was done but as a busy mom always on the go, this does not help save me time.

Exactly what I needed.

Great product, clean and works as I hoped.

Basically this is a mini shaver. It does not remove hair at the root, which is what an epilator should do. I will be returning this item.

I was able to use this one time. Now it won’t turn on and I’ve changed batteries, made sure they were in correctly and blade was sitting properly.

It worked well for a couple months, but it now will not work. The light comes on but it won’t actually turn on.
