I was extremely disappointed in this back pack. It's a very cute print, my son loves it. There is plenty of room and a couple of extra pockets. It's the perfect size for my 4 year old son. However, the material is really flimsy, it's difficult for my son to zip and unzip it because the material gets caught in it and gets extremely frustrated. I don't know about durability as we just got it a day ago, but it doesn't look promising. Also, when I received it, it seems like their was a name written on the name tag and someone scribbled it out with sharpie. So i had to buy heavy duty labels to put over it so I could write my child's name on it. Very unprofessional and again, very disappointing.EDIT: They sent a replacement bag.

My son loves this backpack. The zippers are easy for him to handle and the strap in the front is great for added support. The size of the bag is perfect for his size. He will be going in to kindergarten. The backpack would also be great for a preschooler as its not overly big. I also love the extra mesh pocket inside the main compartment.

Great for my toddler to bring on a family trip. Fits a coloring book, 2 notebooks, crayons, 5 diapers, baby wipes, 2 changes of clothes, water and milk bottles, some snacks and a toy. Perfect to have as a travel or pre-school backpack. He loves it. The buckle sits a little lower than baby harnesses so it doesn't bother him with his sensory issues. Also the fabric around the neck and shoulders fees comfortable for him. Straps are not well padded but for the weight he carries it's not a problem. Will buy another one for sure.

I ordered this backpack because it had a front strap like a hiking backpack. It stays on when a child is riding a bike or running.My 5 year old grandson loves this backpack. “It’s the right size, and stays on,” he said.He loved the dinasaurs.

Kid loves it because it's hard to find rainbow and vehicle themed stuff! It's a good first backpack for kindergarten because it will hold everything he needs and it's very light, but I don't think it'll hold up long term.

My son uses this backpack for his preschool needs. It is a good size and actually fits larger items than I thought would fit inside. It will fit adult size paperwork and folders. It is soft and flexible sturdy fabric/material. I am pleased with the product. I would buy again if need be.

This was a birthday present and my child has proudly dawned it daily to school. It has held up to D ring folders crafts and daily snack toting. Great price, kid approved

My 5yr old son has used it for 3 weeks now for summer camp and it is holding up. Really love the pretty interior.

We use this backpack for everyday use and will use for school in September. We used it to go swimming and 1, it maybe waterproof from outside but not inside. 2, does not have patting or hard bottom. When you put something inside it drags down. 3, I don’t think it will be suitable for school when she has to put books or lunch inside. But colours are cut and fit is nice for her age. She’s 4. Wish it was more durable and designed in such where it has a hard bottom for things not to drop down in the backpack. And it’s not like we’re putting heavy items!

My daughter loves this backpack! It's so cute and very light. It's perfect size for a 4 or 5 year old. Not too big like the rest of them we looked at. She took it to her first day of kindergarten and could wear it herself. It's also big enough she can use it next year. It fit a change of clothes, her lunch and a few books. It has pockets on the front for pencils and other things and a place on the side for her water bottle for easy access. She has tossed it around a lot (as kids do) and it's easy to clean and no rips so far! It seems pretty durable.

My twin 5yos love their new backpacks for Kindergarten! Have only tried on so far, so shall see just how well they hold up. But seems well constructed, zippers are smooth, kiddos can buckle/unbuckle chest clip themselves, deep water bottle pockets x2. The pictures that come up when you look at this item online were super helpful in determining the size. My son is about the same size as the child in the seller's pics, and it was very important for me to get a backpack for him that was large enough to fit his lunch, a few clothing items, and some folders (he's 5 y/o, 42" tall, and in kindergarten), but not so large it would keep falling off his shoulders. We're sure he can use this backpack for another 1-2 years at least, which makes it worth the price.This backpack is perfect, but I never counted on it being water resistant. The best features are the extra pocket in front, the front chest buckle, the large side pockets for a water bottle, and the space inside the big pocket where you can write the child's name.

We bought this to downsize the diaper bag for our son. The bag is great. Looks great quality.The only problem for us is that doesn’t fit my husband. So we won’t be able to use it as replacements for diaper bag.We saved it for our son to use it for carrying his toys and snacks over the summer for when we go outdoors to play.
