This is a beautiful bag. Zippers work flawlessly. Lots of room for your everyday needs and has a inside and outside pocket for things you need to get to quickly. I'm not really sure about the complaints of the size but you check the pics I would say it is spot on plus there are always the dimensions you can always reference.

Fabulous quality and size!! Was worried from the other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with this great bag!! I’m 5’10 and the strap was good...not as long as I normally wear it but it’s a good fit!!

I like the size of the bag as well as it’s thick strap. I use it as my everyday bag to run errands. I also like how I can change the strap to match outfits.

This handbag keeps it's shape even when empty, so it's easy to get items in and out of. It actually reminds me a little of a camera bag, when it comes to the shape and size. Either that or a makeup bag/hygiene gear bag. The leather is nice and thick. Has the same feel to it as my pebble leather Dooneys.The shoulder strap is surprisingly large. It's both long and wide, so if you're wanting to wear this as a cross body you could easily. Personally, I like a little smaller shoulder strap. So that's the one thing I'd change on this bag if I could. Something a little more dainty. This one is pretty heavy duty, so if you load up your bag so it's heavy, the shoulder strap on this one won't dig into your shoulder. It's not a plain shoulder strap either. The leather has some braiding on it which is a nice touch.I can fit a good bit of stuff in the bag. My checkbook/wallet, makeup pouch, cash/change pouch, cell phone, battery pack all fit fine with room to spare. The lining inside is okay. It gets the job done but it isn't anything super special. It's a cute bag and if you're hoping to carry it as a cross body, the shoulder strap will be perfect for you.

There is nothing really wrong with this purse, and I am sure there are women out there who will absolutely love it.Start with the color. It is a bright silver, much lighter than in the photo. I happen to love silver, but the bag is not small, and this is a lot of silver.Next, the texture. The leather is textured. The bag is not soft. It seems inexpensive. (I am inexplicably unable to pull up the product page at this time so I can't find the price - I received the purse in exchange for an unbiased review.)Next, the size and weight. As mentioned, it's larger than expected and quite heavy even when empty. It is not the least bit squishy or soft. Again, not a deal breaker. Many women would be delighted with a good solid silver purse.Finally, the strap and hardware. Both are, not surprisingly given the theme of this review, solid, heavy and sturdy. The strap is thick and the length is not adjustable. It will fit everyone but will ride quite low on a short, slim torso.I want to love this bag. Normally my main criterion would be sturdiness, and this bag has that nailed. There is nothing terribly wrong with it. It's just not, for me, a bag to fall in love with.
