For the value, you can't beat the quantity of items included. The quality of the balloons it's pretty good, though somewhat on the smaller side.My biggest shock was finding out that Happy Birthday is individual letters! That's a lot of paperweights and space needed to keep things organized and untangled!

I had a small problem inflating the Happy Birthday sign but otherwise this is a great value! The sign comes with a small straw to self inflate but the material can be easily pierced (think of a capri sun pouch). I blew up the balloons with helium and they stayed inflated for over a week. The Birthday sign is still inflated over a month later so we left it up-because I am too lazy to take it down. I will be buying this set again just in a different color!

Great price for this it came with 2 clear straws to blow up the letters and star balloons so don’t throw that away when you open the package it was fun to create and easy

The quality was great; however, instead of “Happy Birthday”, I received “Happy CirRtay”. I was missing the B, D and H in birthday making it unusable for the event.

Good purchase was a tiny bit hard to inflate but it might of been because of me because I didn’t know how I didn’t pop the “h” but all the other balloons were great!

They lasted for 1 entire month, I literally had to stick a pin to deflate them

The decorations were nice and as advertised with the exception that both P's from haPPy had holes in them both. All the other letter were in perfect condition. The balloons. The balloons were of good quality.
