So, you've read the reviews where it leaked. It did for me too, BUT I didn't follow the directions correctly. After it was done, and I did it correctly from there on out, it has not leaked since.I got it, I set it up and used it. It did not empty the water reservoir by the time I left work. I left it, off, with the water still attached. I come in the next day, another hot day. I pour out the reservoir, put some ice in and some tap water. turn it back on and it is LEAKING so much water!!!!. but it was helping with the hot office... and I was desperate. Figured I could live with the leaking.I then got bored and read the directions, and thought about it. Here is what I did wrong.1. do not leave the reservoir with water attached when I go home. Apparently the filter inside just spent all night absorbing water.2. So when I added MORE water the next day, it was already full saturated. leak leak leak.Now, I 1. take the reservoir off before I leave for home. 2. try not to fill it up too close to going home. 3.... enjoy it, because it has not leaked since!

Right out of the box it didn’t work. I followed instructions and it never even turned on

The removable water container is very useful! I don't have to lug around a big hunk of tech to refill it.The opening is wide to accept ice cubes from my fridge.Has USB-C which makes it very compatible with my current set of wires!It looks great on my desk,& can be used with a power bank! Very efficiently designed!

I just got it I follow the instructions very carefully ok I plug it in waited for 20 mins until I guess the water sits there’s a button on top you suppose to hold it for 2 sec I did that nothing happen nothing at all this piece of 🤬does not work I want my full refund NOW

I use this at work as a med aide. I bought an Anker 25000mAh power bank for it. It can run the swamp cooler (that's all it is) for over 16. I like that it's USB-C and I can use a power bank instead of an internal battery. I haven't had one of these before so I can't say how it compares to other units.

Slightly noisy with higher speeds when I’m watching TV, but it is absolutely awesome keeping me cool so I don’t have to run my AC to cool down the whole house just to keep me comfortable!!

Well my fiancé gets most of the cooling but it really is just a personal cooling system. But I tell you what when I am in the room alone I put that cooling system on me and I am in my own Antarctic needing the covers for just the right sequence for the perfect sleeping conditions.
