Upholstered Mid Century Sectional Sofa Futon Couch with Reversible Chaise with Adjustable Back Sofa Bed (Grey)

This is a nice low back couch with chaise. I do think there is a need for a break down of stars.The seller I believe did amazing. I ordered it last Saturday night like at 11pm and I received confirmation the couch had shipped by early afternoon Sunday. I was shocked. Showed up on my porch in a timely manner. Considering where it came in from and needed to get to, shipping was on point. I do not fully remember where the shipper was located but at one point of checking updates it read New Jersey and it was coming to North west corner of Kansas. It was here by Thursday morning at 10am.The actual product is nice. It has a nice open space underneath to allow my floor robot to clean. Fits up nicely in the corner it was planned for.The velvet is nice. Soft. Buttery. When swiping the dust particles from being assembled on the floor I did realize the velvet goes inward and not outward to dust. Also saw it does not appear to cling to everything like hair and stuff. It seems to swipe clean. I have a mini schnauzer who hung out on it and there was no signs of his paws. Schnauzers do not shed so I cannot say about pet hair but it was assembled on my hardwood floor and nothing clung to it as I dusted it off.The couch is a nice firm but has some bounce to it to give cushion when sitting. I got the black. Over all a nice classy looking couch.Assembly was easy. I laid everything out in ABC order and had the pieces laid out as to where they would go before placing in the bolts. The assembly packet did not come with Letter E washers. The small washers for the middle T legs for the connecting sections. I do not feel this is the seller's fault as they are not the manufacturer who made it, they simply sold it and this is not a flaw towards the couch itself. All other parts were accounted for and worked together nicely as they were assembled. The wholes lines up. Everything went as it should.I needed a right handed chaise. This is reversible. Lovely feature for sure. The part I am not clear on is after all put together the chaise does not have the bolts to attach it to the main couch nor are there instructions showing it should. I would say if one wanted a 2 seated love seat with arms and have an armless chaise that is an option. The holes on the sides could easily be plugged with some furniture brads. Or put the arms on the Chaise and have an armless loveseat. Seems to have some nice options for other living situations. The holes line up to do just that.It does not crackle and pop when I sit on it or when moving around. Very solid.I hope to get the matching chair when the black is back in stock.

I've not staged the room yet, but here ya go. I assembled the 2 piece by myself (which do not connect to each other based on the number of screws provided) and it took about 1.5 hours (I spent about 45 mins on the sofa and chaise and 45 mins on the arms using only the tools provided in the shipment). I'm marginally handy but everything was pretty self explanatory except for the arm rest assembly.Unfortunately, during assembly, the armrests were a beast to figure out. There are 4-5 wholes in a zigzag pattern. I put the longest headless screws in the armrest and then tried to match it to the wholes in the sofa. Matching the wholes was tough. Then I found that I secured the screws in too far and had to take the arm rest off and loosen the screws so they could go all the way threw the sofa in order to tighten a lug nut on the opposite end (after fighting again to line up the screws with the wholes). The included flat rench is actually too loose and I fought to tighten those lug nuts. Note: there isn't a lot of space to make full rotations so, having access to power tools will shorten your assembly time tremendously.This sofa isn't hard/stiff as some have suggested. It's actually a little too bouncy for my taste. This is a good transitional sofa while I don't have a lot of traffic in my house using this sofa (just my niece, nephew and self). It's not made for heavy traffic over a long period of time. The chair is lower to the ground than expected. So, heavier taller people may flop down when sitting which can add to wear and tear. I do like the sofa though, it's comfortable for me to sit on and I'm a big girl (who doesn't flop down 😉).I've not used the sofa as a bed yet. So I cannot add any perspective on its comfort in the reclined position. I'm glad I found this sofa which is a space saver helping me to redsign my office space. The fabric is nice and I've all three of us have relaxed while doing school and office work.

Looks nice but not comfortable, cheap materials, legs broke easily when sat down on it. Do not buy these non durable soft it's a rip off. 😡😡😡😡

The back of this sofa is extremely low. You have to slough to try and get some comfort. Although it was really easy to put together. I did it by myself in less than an hour. It wiped clean easily. Beautiful bright purple. I love the color! Just right firmness. The only complaint is the back is way to low.

I found another couch I was more interested in before this one was delivered. I did the wholeProcess to return this couch once I got it (customer service responded quickly).. the couch gets here and I fell in love! So it’s smaller than I expected and the cushions are not as soft as it appears on the pic. But it’s still comfortable just more on the firm side.. I’m about 5”3 and when I lay on the lounge part my calf’s hang off and it’s not wide enough for two people (to give a visual) The color is beautiful as well as the material.. I have a bulldog who sheds really bad and it was easy to just wipe his fur and drool off. Long story short I’m keeping the couch.. I’d say it was worth the money I spent on it. May last a few years considering it will hardly be used.

The couch is really cute but i received it torn and with no instructions ! It has a lot of different screws so it’s not easy to just guess what goes where. I’ve contacted the seller and i haven’t gotten a response yet. Also the arm rests don’t screw on ? I guess your supposed to just attach the screws into wooden holes and it’s supposed to stay ??? I gave 2 stars only because the couch is pretty but everything else is just a hassle i suggest avoiding.UPDATE: Ok so the seller responded to me with a picture of the instructions. Once i got the instructions it was easy to assemble the couch and the arm rests. The seller also fixed the problem regarding the torn seam and damaged leg. Overall this couch is nice. Besides the little problems experienced it looks really good in my living room.
