I have just recently seen my friend who I gave this to and asked for her feedback. She says overall the bag seems good quality and very comfortable when used as a back pack. The only bad thing she had to say about the bag is that it has a sort of support wire around the top opening that only allows the bag to open and expand a certain amount but it is not a problem with comfort and it helps with loading up the bag. Besides that the storage options are great with an insulated pocket for baby bottles and side pockets for wipes.
