After shooting a couple of horrible rounds of golf, I decided I needed to go to my instructor and have some maintenance performed on my golf swing. I've not had the chance to play a lot of golf due to COVID, work and kids, so it was time I visited my golf instructor. When I went to my swing instructor he indicated I had too much wrist movement at the top of my swing. Further compounding my poor scoring, was the fact when chipping and putting, my wrists were breaking down causing poor/inconsistent ball contact and pushed/pulled putts. Nothing seemed "fluid"- my swing really did feel like an unfolded lawn chair. Therefore, I hit the internet to see if there was a golf aid that could help my wrist problem. I am glad I found the wrisTrainer and I hope by taking the time to write a review, helps others like myself.I used the wrisTrainer over the weekend and it gave immediate feedback. Just what I was looking for. It helped me better understand where my wrists were breaking down and allowed me to make the necessary adjustments. With the wrisTrainer on by itself (without a glove), it's great for putting and chipping around the greens. With a glove on over the wrisTrainer, it snugs up tightly and really puts added pressure on and around your wrist. I can immediately feel when and where I am hinging my wrist. After a couple of days, I can now get into a consistent rhythm in my swing. Reviewing some video I took at the range shows my club position is much better at the top and my wrist left wrist now has a slight arch (much like the best golfers in the world). THAT'S A FIRST!I would highly recommend this product to any golfer. For me, it's a great swing maintenance tool. This will be a go to warm up aid before any golf round. I'm buying another one, just so I have a spare!

Without doubt, the most worthless product I've bought in the last 10 years. Immediately trashed it. 15 cents worth of plastic and some foam tape, elastic velcro.

Wrist trainer is easy to put on and light weight but sturdy. I noticed an immediate difference in my muscle memory and hand positioning after just a few days of practice, and my hooks/slices were WAY down at the range.I would very much recommend this product if you are looking to clean up these parts of your game - it definitely has helped mine significantly in just a short bit of time.

Hard to put on. The hand strap moves off the wrist trainer, does not feel right when putting golf glove on.

Very flimsy. It does almost nothing to keep my left wrist (I am right handed golfer) from bending. I would not buy again. There is nothing rigid about the plastic and it bends very easily.

The wristrainer is pretty much as advertised. It is simple and effective. I keep it in my bag and whenever I start hitting slices, I pull it out and strap it on my wrist. It has held up nicely since I bought it and other than just some compression of the foam it is like new. good product!

Does exactly what it says. Keeps your wrist straight throughout your swing. After hitting a few balls I was able to concentrate on my swing plane to get straighter, more accurate shots. Helped to make me realize how screwed up my alignment was!
