Doesn't work! The slot is too big for the flex, it just rattles around in it. In order to get proper contact, you have to hold it in place very carefully to get it to charge, which is not practical. Even attempting to secure it with something fails. The one that I got is a total dud. Since lots of reviewers seem to have gotten a functional product, I will try to replace it once before getting a refund and shelling out the cash for the OEM charger.

This Fitbit Flex Charger works like a charm. It fit perfectly, while my OEM charger did not fit as well when I got the band. I now have two chargers and carry one on me when I am at work or on a business trip. I have found this charger to be inexpensive and reliable. For those of us who uses the Fitbit every day and travel often, this is a must have. You will never have a drained Fitbit when you are on vacation or a business trip.

I purchased this April 9, 2015 to use on vacation. I tried it 1 time when I first received my order in & it worked. Then I tried to use it on vac Aug 19 2015 and it does not hold my fit bit flex in securely. It seems that it dosent sit flush on the battery terminals. What a dissappointment. Have to go to the manufactuerer to get the real charger. Too late to return this product (after 30 days). You get what you pay for.

I purchased the Tiktechtm replacement cable for my Fitbit tracker and i have been very satisfied with the product overall. I had concerns about its ability to charge like a authentic charger but was soon surprised that it did the job just as well.Pros- Works as good as the original charger i bought it with originally.- Easy to use, just slip it in the sleeve and plug it in to your PC or Laptop. You can also use the plugin adapter.- Really sturdy, doesn't feel cheaply made.Cons- My only gripe is that there is no reset function like the others, BUT i have no need to reset my Fitbit because im the only one who has ever used it. To some it may be an issue, but in my opinion is not a big deal.I recommend this company and would definitely purchase from them again. Shipping was fast and tracking was provided rather quickly.

I received this today and it works wonderfully, It's always great to have a spare around with 3 little kids that like to take things that don't belong to them!! There is no pinhole in order to reset your tracker per FitBit directions. Some users have an issue with the FitBit draining battery dramatically which is resolved with a tracker restart. There is no pinhole in this charger to do that. It is a crucial omission that makes the charger unusable for my situation.

It works! My original fitbit charger drives me crazy, I have to mess with it for at least 10 minutes everytime I try to charge my flex. I have to shove a toothpick in to force the thing to connect. Got this today, tested it out, and started charging instantly. So excited I no longer have to dread charging my fitbit flex!
