Love the watch. Love the flexibility of programming the time rather than time interval of the alarm. Very simple to program. We had a problem with the first watch. Customer service was amazing. They checked my order and then sent out a replacement right away. No problems with the second watch. My son loves choosing the colors and comes running to tell me it is time to pee!

This potty watch has been so helpful with my sons's potty training. Once I received the watch I noticed in the manual that they have updated the watch and the watch saves its settings now, which is something I saw others complain about in the reviews but they have improved the watch now so it shows that Qare does care about its customers. They've also increased the time-out of the settings so setting up the watch is much easier, and they locked the melody so when the melody plays your child cant press the watch to stop it. Overall this potty watch seems like a premium option compared to the others. Definitely worth the purchase!

I’m really happy with this potty watch! I love that you can set specific times for it to go off instead of just intervals. So I set it to go off a few minutes before we leave every morning and right before dinner, etc. The melody is gentle and not too loud so it doesn’t startle my noise sensitive child, which was really important to me. He doesn’t wear it yet but keeps it right next to him all day. It’s a tiny bit big but my kiddo has small wrists. I also like that it has a child lock so he can’t change the settings on accident. He loves that we can change the color of the display to his favorite color. So far it’s been great! And when he is done potty training we can turn off the alarms and he has a cute little watch.

Clear written directions and an instructional video link make setup much easier. Once you set it up, you're done. You don't have to reset it or turn it on each morning . It is set to specific times, not intervals. So it won't disturb after bed time unless you set it to do so. I have my son's set to go off each hour. It is a pleasant little chime, too. It is just loud enough. I like that it is set in 24 hour format but converts to 12 hour format so that the child can learn to tell time between AM and PM. My son likes to change the colors of the display, but thanks to the parent password, he can't alter any of the other settings. Plus, once potty training is complete, you can turn off the alarms completely, or set them up as a daily routine or chore reminder. It looks like a big kid's watch, but isn't too bulky for my toddler, and fits his wrist nicely. I recommend.

3 week update: I contacted the seller after we had a disappointing first experience and their response was phenomenal - definitely went above and beyond to make things right. As of today, our daughter has a new "potty watch" and is so excited to be wearing it again! Disappointing, because we really did love it! Planning to reach out to the company and see if this is a common problem or if a replacement can be offered.Original review: Our three year old had been potty trained for several months and then suddenly started having accidents again - every day for a week. Arguing with her each time she needed to try to go was exhausting, so I looked for other options. This has been amazing! She’s been wearing it for five days now and there hasn’t been a single big argument. She knows she gets to keep her watch as long as she tries each time the alarm goes off. If she doesn’t go, mom gets to wear the watch instead, but she’s gotten to keep it all week and not a single accident!Setup wasn’t the quickest process, but overall fairly easy and only has to be done once, so not a big deal. Only complaint would be volume on the alarm. There is not an option to adjust it and it is fairly quiet. If we’re indoors at home, it’s pretty easy to hear, but if we’re playing outside or in a crowded or noisy space, we don’t always hear it.

This potty watch was everything I hoped it was and I’m very happy! It really helped a ton with my son’s training. It is waterproof so can he keep it on when he washes his hands. The best part is that we can set up the exact times for the alarms. I only set it up once and it was pretty easy when I watched the video. They had a link for it in the manual that I just typed in my browser and watched the video on youtube. I also like that it has a child lock so my son can not change any of the alarms.

I bought this watch (Color: Blue) for my toddler son and he totally loves it. I found it easy to set up by following the instructions in the YouTube video manual. However, I had to contact Customer Service a few days after purchase because the battery life of the watch was very poor. The Customer Service staff, Amin, was very responsive to my concerns; in summary, a new watch was shipped to me and it was delivered super fast.I ended up rating it four stars because overall it is a great product, very stylish, functional, water resistant (thus far) and we are making good progress with my son's potty training. However, if the battery completely dies out on you, you'd have to set up all the alarms again from scratch.Overall, I'd highly recommend this watch.

I got this watch thinking it was easy to set up , and would be fun for my 2year old so that he would get the hang of going to the potty . When the watch arrived I was so excited . Tried setting the watch up but the instructions aren’t helpful at all . They have a link where you could go on YouTube to watch a video , but when you put in the link there’s no result no video to be found . ! Very disappointed 😔 I would not recommend this watch to anyone
