Crushed Wedding Glass Mezuzah Keepsake

I got this for my cousins wedding. It was not as sturdy as I would’ve liked. Nice but not great

My wife and I wanted a gift for my mother who, as it so happens, collects Mezuzos. So we thought "How cool would it be to give her one with some of our wedding glass inside?" (she loved it) Our wedding glass was multi-colored and it looks really sharp against the clear lucite. I know from experience that not all lucite mezuzah cases are made equally in terms of looks; this is a nice looking one in person.

The cork doesn't fit as snugly as it should (given that you're not supposed to glue a mezuzah shut) but the mezuzah itself is very pretty and a great value for the cost. We ordered three and filled them with crushed glass from our wedding and gave them to our respective parents (and kep one for us).

I really wanted to like it and was very excited when I got it but it’s very flimsy, pieces of glue are sticking out, scroll cover won’t stay on, hard to find kosher scroll that 2” long that will fit it. The glass tube broke off as I was putting it on. It’s pretty if you don’t look too closely, otherwise not very well made unless I got some kind of defective one. I don’t know. It’s not this much money

This looks exactly like the picture! We even used a blue light bulb under the chuppah and it's so special having a Mezuzah that holds one of the most memorable parts of our wedding ceremony. I'm so happy with this purchase I may buy more as gifts for friends getting married, it's just a special way to keep that precious moment in sight on a daily basis.

The glass tube is delicate. It cracked at the top. I was able to glue it but be careful.

I got bought one for my wife and I as a wedding gift and when it came the top was really crooked and wouldn’t close all the way. I emailed the seller and they were kind enough to send out a replacement. Unfortunately it seems like they are all defective and have the same problem. I’m bummed out because it was a great concept and seemed like a great idea

It was a little strange that it came full of broken glass, but at least it shows me how small our glass will need to be broken in order to fit inside!
