Keep Looking - Find one with a release button
If you’ve got your heart set on a steam curling machine please keep looking, find one that offers a release button because this one doesn't.I was so excited to try this. I’ve been wanting one for a while and I finally decided I’d treat myself. The first few strands came out great and I was absolutely giddy because my hair only holds styles if steam is used on it and the curls were coming out so very nice and then....it ate my hair. Not just a little bit of my hair, oh no, it ate a pretty good chunk of my hair. My friend had to cut my hair to get it out because there is no release button and there’s no way to pull your hair out if it gets tangled around the curling device. My hair was still in it when I boxed up the item to return it.Easy to use - 1 star because there’s literally no way to get your hair out if it eats it.Value for money - 1 star because I’m angry at it for eating my hair and because it cost me money to drive to my friend’s house to stand in her dining room for an hour while she tried to work my hair free of it before it was finally decided she had done what she could and scissors were the only other option with the exception of dismantling it.Light weight - 1 star because it’s not light weight, it’s heavy. It’s particularly heavy when you have to hold it up while driving across town to get your friend to get it out of your hair.

Not my favorite
Takes a long time to do all tour hair. If your like me and have thick hair plan on over an hour to curl. I like the concept just would be nice to be able to add more hair in at a time.
