This was purchased for my nephew and as soon as he opened and charged it, he & his best friend took it out to the park and both absolutely loved flying it. After a little practice, it was easy for him to control the helicopter and make it go forward backward up down left right and hover over anything we wanted too. Glad I made the purchase.

Could not get the battery door to close with the battery inside of it. A problem others have had. I taped it shut. After full charge it would barely take off on its own. Had to hold it in my hand to get a smooth lift off. Would not fly for more than 20 seconds. Maybe I got a bad one but I've already sent back.

Well first of all I live at 5500 feet elevation and it got about a foot or two off the ground, the directions are ridiculous they don’t even tell you what the two trim buttons are for on the controller unit , and came with only one yes one battery but said two batteries included.Spend your money elsewhere!

One battery was dead when purchased ,told me if I bought spare parts he would sell me another one ,can't find replacement batteries anywhere on the planet ,charging cord stopped working and nobody has one that will charge those batteries ,no response when requesting to purchase a new one ,remote control is starting to go bad ,back prop not functioning correctly , Just an all around bad experience ,compared to a Syma 39 .it is a total piece of Junk!!! Sorry I bought it ...

I recieved my heli expecting a brand new unopened product. It seems the product has been previously used. Extra parts bag opened, tail rudder damaged. The blades were marked up as well as the extra set. Upon flight the heli was very wobbly/unstable. Which led to loss of control and a hard crash.

over all looks good and has held up to my flying (well crashing) but the remote dose not seen to control well/helo dose not handle well as it will not go forward, it seems the trim tabs do not work. Over all okay, but i do not think i would recommend this one. sll

Really was shocked that it was bigger than I expected. Flies great. I had one issue. Couldn't get the battery in so that the door would close. I emailed the seller and they sent instructions with pictures. Battery went in easily and the door now closes. Thank you to the seller!

Helicopter is awesome, HOWEVER, the batteries were dead came with 3 ,2 took a charge,( charger didn't work like manuel says) and they only last 4-5 mins!!! Can't find any replacement with sm black plug!!!! Only fault I find.also batteries goes in front of copter there's a holder you slide it in.only plug will be in door area.
