Got these for a Disneyland trip and also bought her new shoes. (We hardly ever go on trips) But this trip meant a lot to her and I wanted her to be able to do as much as she wanted without her feet killing her, too she already has enough chronic pain and any little bit of comfort helps. (She also doesn't shop for herself, waits until her shoes "talk") So I pushed her into shoe shopping, which she called it...we couldn't find the right shoes that will support her arch and are wide enough. So she decided to get the pair she liked most and try different insoles. She researched (she always does for things before buying it) a few options and she picked these to try first. She loves these! Didn't take long to break in these insoles. They were easy to cut to fit exact in her new shoes. She said that even though her feet were super sore by midnight each night, it wasn't because of pain but swelling. High enough arch support for her, more comfortable than the memory foam ones that came in the shoes (they had a joke of arch support) and more comfortable than the little insole arch support inside of her all-star converse. She's been using the sketchers more than her converse, which isn't typical for her. lol. Might be ordering another pair for her converse.These insoles held up through all that walking in both parks and the walk through Downtown Disney to where we stayed for 6 days. She's still happy with them several months later. Good Buy!!

I had plantar fasciitis so like a 2 months ago I start to work as a waiters and OMG the pain in my feet and also my back was terrible. I bought 2 kind of show insoles and THESE ONES ARE PERFECT! believe me! You should buy it! Fits very good and also helps a lot! I mean come on! It hurts to be 12 hours standing up and with these shoe insoles if you have a plantar fasciitis you will love it! :)

I work on my feet in a warehouse all day, these inserts have helped,,,,but would need to replace more often than I care to. Good product for the cost!

The size is too small how do I change the order to a larger size. I can't find a way to make the change to a extra large size

As good as the ones my podiatrist prescribed. A bit chunky (but so were they) so they are not going to work for ballet shoes or other formal shoes. They work best in my sneakers and loafers (that run a bit large). I have pretty high arches and wear a medium width shoe. I used to have trouble with plantar fasciitis, but wearing arches like these has pretty much eliminated the problem. I do switch around from these to several other types of arch supports, (mostly the 3/4 ones you buy at the drug store) which I think has helped my feet recover. These could be trimmed to give you more toe room in your shoes but I like they way they work in my sneakers because of the padding. I can wear these all day with no problem
