This little machine is built like a tank, such a fun little hobby! Well worth the extra dollars spent, this is a very high quality machine!

I ordered this machine directly from the company as a part of a kit. The first time we used it, we accidentally included two pieces of the extremely thin plastic (instead of one) in the press and the dies got stuck. In speaking to customer service, this was described to us as a common issue that happens to a lot of their machines. Their suggested solution for at-home repair was to place the machine (of a $250 or more value) between our legs and jump up and down with it on the floor to try to knock the dies loose. If that didn't work if was suggested that we grab the press by the handle and shake it vigorously to try to dislodge the dies, or to use a screwdriver to pry the dies apart. When this didn't work, our only option was to return the product to them for repairs, after being assured that there would be little to no cost for getting this done.We sent it in, and then got a call explaining that the repairs would cost an additional $81 on top of the $30 for shipping, the total coming to nearly half the cost of a brand new machine. We asked for a refund and they refused because it was scratched--which was a result of their initial suggested at-home solutions.Any time the simplest issue costs half the value of a machine to repair, it's a bad product. We are extremely dissatisfied with both the company and the product, and we will not ever be purchasing anything from this company again.We paid the cost, so they wouldn't

Terrible company. Would recommend either a Tecre machine from the button guy or another vendor or a pro version of the Neil Enterprise machine.Stay away from ABM.

Broke in first use of the machine, was able to fix. Was told it would be $100 to return, The reviews on the website are not posted unless they are positive, so the website cannot be trusted. Very disappointing.

We bought this last year to replace another major brand of button maker. We make buttons for a special occasion each year. This machine is so easy to use and make quality buttons. Our previous machine would have numerous bad stamped buttons. We have never had a bad stamp with this machine. Love it!
