If you look at the photo closely you can see the dots of cyan reflection from the illumination light. So some cyan light will be reflected off the lenses and not reach your eyes. But note that there is almost no difference in the color of the cloth beside the glasses vs. through the glasses. The pale blue cloth should have looked darker through the glasses if they were blocking blue.
