Love, love, love!!! Purchased my second bottle!
I first bought this product about 3 weeks ago, and I am buying my second bottle because I do NOT want to go a day without these!! I LOVE IT. I take 2 pills in the morning and it totally kills my normal appetite and I eat in the afternoon. I take the next 2 pills in the evening and eat something small for dinner and I am good to go! These pills aren't going to make you drop 10 pounds in a week, nothing will. But they help suppress your appetite SO WELL. My absolute worst habit is eating when I become bored or stressed. After the first couple of days since I began taking Garcinia Extreme, I have not once ate out of boredom. I have lost 11.5 since taking these pills.. They're FANTASTIC! I also lightly exercise by walking about 20-30 mins every few days or so. I feel so much better about myself. I honestly, honestly recommend this product!!!! Thank you!!!

Helps get the results you want!
My husband and I ordered this to try and help us reach our goals of eating better and being healthier. At first all we did is started taking 2 or 3 a day and we would notice that we were not craving all the junk that we used to crave. Then after a little while we had more energy and were able to start running in the mornings for about 15 minutes (that is all, but it was huge!) We were getting up together at 5am doing this as a pair and trying to reach our goals. The first week... I gained a lb!! I was frustrated at first but then I did our measurements and realized that I had lost 2 inches! Then a month later I have lost about 10lbs total and 8 inches!!! This stuff really does work and we are excited to continue using it. I will say that we have been shooting for a real lifestyle change and not taking this as a miracle diet pill. This is a supplement to help you, and it will help you reach your goals but you still need to strive to make healthy changes as well to have the full effect.

Exactly what I wanted
I'm always skeptical of products like this, but Garcinia Cambogia really does its job. I wasn't overweight to begin with so I don't have any extreme weight-loss results to report, however I was looking to shed a few pounds and so far I have effortlessly. I work out regularly but often fall victim to late-night snacking; Garcinia has really diminished my late-night cravings and caused me to eat much less without feeling hungry. I hated the bit of flab on my stomach before using this product, and I honestly believe that Garcinia has given me the energy needed to complete more intense workouts that help me lose fat and build muscle instead. I've been using this product for a full month now and plan on continuing. I've experienced no side effects and truly have no cons to report from using this product. Highly recommend!

Working so far, 11days in, 5lbs down!
So far, I'm 11 days into taking these and I've lost 5lbs and have not exercised. I had a bit of a gain back 3lbs in because I ate a bunch of pizza brownies n chips but I started right back to losing weight once I got back to normal eating habits. Its been great at suppressing the urge for those late night snacks and I find that I don't eat as much when I do eat. I feel like they are doing their job. I will do a follow up review in a month.

Good product this Garcinia Cambogia
I've used one bottle and have ordered 2 more. I haven't lost any weight but the good thing I haven't gained any either despite eating a little more. It definitely cleans out your system which I 'm very excited about, getting rid of the bad stuff, so when I get the 2 new bottles I plan on watching what I eat and I bet it will really help me to lose. Very excited about the product!!

Noticed nothing.
Took it regularly - noticed absolutely NO difference, and I was only looking to loose 5lbs. Maybe you need to use it for 3-6 months to actually notice something, but instead of buying it again on here, I just bought garcinia extract at walmart, you can get a 2 pack for like $10.

Good product
Initially I bought this product to lose weight for my wedding and i must admit that it works. After taking it for a few days I could really feel the increase in my sweat during my workouts and my appetite was suppressed. I've lost 5-7 lbs and I'm sure if I would have dieted better I would have lost a lot more. Currently, I'm on my second bottle and will be dieting, so I'm hoping that will make a huge drop in weight.
