☀️Yea this iz a mellow blend of berries, great taste with good effect and pleasantly gently relaxing, slightly sweetens also for mixtures : Schisandra with Spiralina, Guarana, SiberianGinseng and ... ( for efficacy Yo probly only spose to mix three ingredients together ... ) ... I mix a few more and iz not a best way but iz only quicker, at the same time ... I have to remember it can taste better with the fewer ingredients, even in strong Mocca Coffee🌈💜🎶🎶☀️

It's really good.Along with ashwagandha healed me from insomnia.
