Tingley Men's PVC Steel Toe 15" Knee Boot Waterproof Boots BLACK size 6 men and 8 women

This is a great boot, as long as you're not routinely bending it. I habitually fold my boots over to clean the soles, and I've been learning that only a cheap Walmart boot with a thinner, more flexible plastic will have a good lifespan with this treatment. Great boot overall (deep tread, comfortable, not too heavy) - just not for me.

I wear women's 8 to 8.5. Don't follow the suggested size here. They are way too big for me and too heavy. And I found the exact same shoes from a local country store for the same price. I could have tried them on here and bought the right size.

I received these boots and was pleased. The 15 inch height is perfect. The steel toes do not rub on my feet and the overall comfort of these boots are nice. The only concern I have is the oil that is on and inside the boots. I did not realize this until I took the boots off after the initial wearing... my pants and socks had yellow oil stains on them. Other than that, I am happy with my purchase.

I bought these boots because I am digging a waterfall and am in the mud most of the time. These boots have stood up to all of the abuse my feet were taking. I have kicked boulders into place and been sunk a 10 inches in mud for an hour at a time.... NO LEAKS! I wear a size 8 1/2 in ladies shoes so I bought the sized 6. They fit perfectly. There is a thin felt insole in the boots that have zero support so I just stuck a pair in that I had bought for another pair of tennis shoes. I have worn these with and without socks and both are comfortable. I also wear these to wade in the creek for hours collecting rocks. I feel like they will offer a bit of protection if I happen to run across a snake because they are thick rubber. The boots do not have any felt lining so that is good for rinsing them out but if I am not wearing long pants, can make my legs sweat. But I am covered in mud anyway so I don't mind. I am planning on buying my husband a pair so he can help.

Good boots--exactly what I wanted for garden work and very reasonably priced. Would recommend them to a friend without a doubt.

I do damage assessment of house fires and there's random hazardous things on the ground everywhere. Furthermore, it is usually very dark so I can't always see what I'm stepping on. These boots are great for this. I haven't hurt my feet at all. I am a female and I used the normal conversion from men's to women's shoe sizes and the boots were WAY too big. I had to send them back and get 2 sizes smaller.

The boots are of very good quality. I am a female that wears a 7.5 to an 8 shoe and in the past have ordered size 6 mens and they fit well. These boots, at size 6 were a full size too large so I had to return them.
