it’s worked great
updateI had this doorbell camera for almost a month now. It brought me a lot of convenience and security. I can monitor what is outside of my door at a very safe distance. I love the way it works. Just imagine, if a thief comes to the town. He will not likely to stop by a house with this kind of gadget.

what i wanted
Customer service 2nd to none. Never have i ever had customer service like it. Why cant other companies be like that? Here is a TIP if someone rings the bell you need to answer via the monitor. If you dont and open manually, the bell keeps playing. So answer via monitor and THEN go open the door.

very happy.works well.only small problem fault with camera had no hole or screw to secure unit,had to drill very small hole

Poor quality
Badly made and difficult to operate. I would not recommend this to anyone.
