I am using this product for a couple of months now so a few points :* Easy operations* Buttons are good & responsive* Accuracy is as claimed by company & seller* Large top plate for large packages

The LG table top scale of 30 Kg whichI have received is not usuable item.There was no weights and measures seal ,which is necessary.The indicator is absent.The weights reading has given after 25 grams.It is happening previous 4 times.I think your telengana unit is joking with me or harassing me . A few days ago I Lodge a complain verbally to your customer care representative but the result is unchanged.I think it is related to your Goodwill and you must take the actual step to correct it.Will I get the product as per your printed specification ?I am requesting you to take the necessary step and supply the same as perfect weighing machine.Please inform me through email as early as possible.Thaking you.

Amazon delivered a second handed weighing machine, measurement display is not working properly. And this product has no return,no replacement and it is non refundable. I prefer zero rating for this.
