We've used it for almost 2 weeks now and I'm seeing my "sidelines" and he's starting to see faint bars. My husband has some damage to his abs from when he was a kid and tore a muscle and has never been able to get them really strong again no matter what he does. In one week I could already see the faint outlines of his top two bars and now in the second week the bottom ones are beginning to make a comeback.
