Steam/condensate cup problems
I love the size, but the rice turns out way too wet, and I actually like my rice semi-sticky. You have to fill the water in the pot to the cup line BELOW the amount of cups of rice you use. So if you put in 3 cups of dry, fill to 2 cup line, or slightly less even. It's weird. Otherwise, with a bit of experimentation, it's fine. However NONE of the steam/hot liquid that came out of the vent went into the condensate cup where it's supposed to. Instead, it went all over the top of the lid and the countertop. This is my first time using this, so maybe I need to do something differently, but I followed the directions. Rice cookers are a staple in my home all while growing up, so they're not *new* to me.I wish it had an option like my old cooker to either turn off when it's done or keep warm. This ONLY keeps warm, so you have to unplug it.My old rice cooker had a lid that would go with the rice pot, so if you wanted to put the cooker part away, you could, and just keep the pot and the lid out. This one, you can't.

Compact, easy to clean and fast
I never thought I could afford a rice cooker, let alone like how it cooks rice. Surprise! This little cooker is priced right, is perfect for two to four people and it steams rice perfectly. I have tried all kinds of rice--Japanese, basmati, Thai sticky, jasmine, forbidden, even Native American wild rice--and they have all come out well. If you want the guoba/tahdig/okoge/scorched rice at the bottom of your pan, just let the rice stay on the warm setting for about 1/2 hour and you should get a nice layer of it. I've used this cooker almost every night for five months and it's still going strong. The pan itself has an anodized aluminum nonstick surface so it almost wipes clean.

Have a resting place for a rice spool
A rice cooker is not something new to me. I have used it since I was a kid. Now, as a student and my roomate just left after graduated with her cooker, I picked this small one. I have used it for 2 weeks and love it: design and color are nice, easy to cook, easy to clean, steamer provided so I can steam broccoli, sweet potato or corn. I cook rice or sticky rice: both are good. The most important thing to me while I searched for a cooker is it needs to have a resting place for the rice spool but not many products describe that. This one has (though they do not mention that) one as the picture.

Easy to use
I wanted something that I could easily do on work week nights. This cooker is mid-sized, easy to clean, and not hard to get used too. I did have to test the amt of water I used a few times, but once I got the hang of it, it's been good.

Ability to adjust to instructions
I cook my meals for myself, and schedule the recipes for extra servings, to save the leftovers for another meal. I adjusted the cup measurements reducing by 1/2 of the cup measurement, e.g. for the 2 cup I used 1 cup, and the same .for both rice and water. The rice came out perfectly for two meals. If I have company coming, I will do the same for using more rice and water, if necessary.

Easy to use
I have used this rice cooker for the past month and it has been easy to use. The only thing I have found is after the rice is done cooking if you leave it on warm the rice burns a little cause it’s still too hot after cooking. I would suggest turning the rice cooker off at the rice cooks, and cooling a bit turn it back on warm.

Made Great Sticky Rice
Id have given it 5 stars except it came with a huge dent on the side. Unfortunately I used it before I noticed it. IT works so hopefully the dent won't eventually make it fail.

Exactly what I needed
Needed something to cook rice. This was a bit smaller than the rice cooker I was used to using, but it so far has been performing pretty much exactly as I would expect
