A: I suggest not to buy it I bought it my myself my bust is 48 ddd and it didn’t fit me I would find a baby doll nighty with a 5 xl to fit the bust. I hope that helps

A: Depending on your weight.....if you just go by bra size, I'd say Large.

**Q: I'm 5'3, 250lbs and a 40H what size should i get?**
A: Probably the 3-4XL, it doesn’t have much room for beasts. I have 40 DD’s and gots a 2X and my breasts fall out of the material, not to mention absolutely 0 support to them at all. Best paired with a pushup bra.

Really pretty and soft!! (Thong is a tragedy though)
