I was excited when I received this item through the mail. product came on time, which was exciting. when I tried the product for the first time I noticed that it didn't remove hair as thoroughly as I thought. I had to re-groom the same area a good 5-6 times. I thought it might be because it was the first time using it. the second time I used it the same occurred, but the pen would heat up quickly. I would have to turn it off occasionally. its an alright product, just poor results.

I like the convenience of not having to go to a salon to get my brows done anymore and that it is painless to use.

Wow. Okay. First off I just opened it and it’s missing an item. The fine hair razor. I’m so pissed because that’s the whole reason I purchased this product. The electric eyebrow hair remover looks quality but feels cheap. Haven’t tried it yet but others said it works fine. Still VERY mad my package came without the fine hair razor.

Does not work as well as was hoping.

When I received this razor, I could not get it to work, changed the battery 3 different times. I contacted the seller, they immediately sent me a new one. I received the second one and works like a champ.

Quiet. Very compact

It is a wonderful tool! Love it! Have used it only twice now, but can see the benefits of owning one. Takes hardly anytime to fix the eyebrows
