I had ordered previously and was given a refund never received it but it was not anything to do with this company I found out later after giving a bad review. This is perfect does exactly what it should .

Gentle but firm!
This is really GREAT!!! I use it each evening. I definitely think it works the skin firmly but gently..not dragging, as sometimes fingers can be, if you are tired! I LOVE it! It LOOKS FAB too! Thank you!
