Seatworks fitness CD for senior citizens
Unfortunately, this product was totally inappropriate for the people at my dad's senior apartment complex. It was not marketed as being as vigorous as it was. The people are used to doing seat exercises but the pace was too fast and the number of movements was too advanced. Basically it is useless for what I had hoped would be a fun new workout.
