Lil Fishy Waylon Toy

The quality of the Lil Fishy products is abysmal, except that they are so cute. They're for kids to play with in the pool, so you'd expect it to be somewhat hardier. My son dropped it once, and after that the fish didn't work anymore (this was the clown fish one).The design is also ridiculous. You have to twist the fish to turn it on and off, except that the direction to siwtch it off is the same as to open the battery compartment, so when you are trying to switch it off with wet hands, you often inadvertently end of opening the battery compartment. This happened a few times when out of the water, which was fine, but of course happened in the pool as well, and the water got in the battery compartment. Needless to say the fish has never worked again (this was the third fishy I bought).I've bought 3 of these fish and only one remains in working order, who knows for how long. They're not cheap either, and I had to ship them to Hong Kong, so I've probably spent close to $50 in total for these things. Unfortunately my son loves them and keeps asking me to buy another one.Having said that, when it does work, the toy is brillliant, it swims and ducks and does little somersaults in the water.

Got this for my grandson and he loves it!!

I love these toys, but watch your hair. My first one got tangled up in it and the propeller broke off trying to untangle it.

These little guys were great fun until the little fans in their tails sucked up any random hairs in a bathtub and therefore got clogged and quit working

It was so awesome, for about 48 hours.... Then water got in it, batteries rusting. I bought 2 for my grandsons Christmas, disappointed.

This rusted within a day of getting it. :(
