The red band broke after one week of P90x. Luckily not injured when it snapped. Don't think it was defective, just be careful when approaching its limits.

Great buy, superior build quality
Great set of exercise bands. The clips look super secure and the resistance of the different colors are noticeably different so this is a set you should easily grow into. Handles are comfy and everything is top notch. Perfect for anyone wanting a good workout at home using those p90x routines, or rehabbing injuries from crossfit, or as a pocket gym to take when traveling.

I have searched for resistance bands from Walmart, Target, and various other retail stores several times. The bands that I find there are often times flimsy and break very easily. These resistance bands fit my needs perfectly for P90X. The handles are interchangeable and very comfortable to use. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality resistance band at an affordable price.

Solid Stuff
As someone who is just getting into using these types of products, I can't say I'm an expert, but these were highly recommended by friends who swear by them and from my experience they work very nicely. They feel well-made and durable, and the price was quite good for 5 bands plus several attachments.

Broke on first use - you can get hurt.
The price was cheap, but unfortunately, so was the quality. I used it once with my P90X workout, and when I was doing a pullup using the door anchor, there wasn't very much tension, even with the black band. When I moved back a bit more to make it harder (I could still do 30 easily at that tension, the elastic popped out of the holder and left a big welt on my arm. I could no longer trust the holders and was not comfortable using them anymore so they went into the garbage bin. There are better places to save money.

I loved this product
I loved this product!! Everything I asked for and more. I love the bag it came with as it makes it very easy to store after use. Multiple resistance levels were a must and makes this product even better. Very well made. Thank you!

Awesome resistance bands!
So far these resistance bands are awesome. There's enough different bands to make pretty much any level of resistance. I also like the carrying bag. My workout partner has a set of old ratty ones and it's really a night and day difference. Highly recommend.

WARNING: DANGEROUS! Popped at handle and snapped me in the face.
When I first got these, I was leery, because they felt cheap. But I did a few workouts with them without incidence. When I finally let my guard down... BAM!! I get snapped across my face. This was 20 minutes ago, and I'm so pissed that I got online, found this order, and am posting this review.BUY THESE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE GETTING A GARBAGE PRODUCT!!!
