I have been a chiropractor since 1996. I have helped thousands of patients owning and operating 10 offices.I have used orthopedic devices ever since I was licensed as a DC. Neck pain seems to be increasing as people spend time on their phones and computers. The reason I like this specific device is it counteracts the sustained posture the phone and computer keeps us in. The chin and back of the head receive smooth comfortable pressure as the device lifts the head upward. The capacity to stretch the neck is strong and as the discs get a break from gravity they imbibe (circulate) in healthy fluid exchange. So I find myself recommending this device more and more as patients are responding well to the bio mechanical function it provides. Price is reasonable. Tired of neck pain and stiffness? Great mat, I bought it for my daughter in law for a Christmas present. I have one a different brand that I bought years ago, what I don't like about it is that it sometimes shifts and comes apart. I was impressed that this one is permanently put together so that won't be a problem for her. Going to try and get it wrapped today, I know she'll love it.

When they say self healing, they mean it. Unlike my larger mat this actually does self heal and has a very nice cutting surface. The rotating ability is why I purchased this and it works exactly as advertised. The other attributes are just icing on the cake. Highly recommend.

I love the cutting mat. I usually have to remove the template ruler to cut my squares, now I can just turn the board. It is very stable and works perfect. I suggest that every quilter should have one. Great product.

I'm new to quilting and have RA and this is a Godsend for me. Cutting is virtually made so much easier with this mat! I also have Glaucoma and cataracts and the light-colored mat makes it easier on my eyes and makes it easier to read. I'm so glad I chose this mat. (And it only took 2 days to get the smell out of the room with the window open and the fan running 24/7) LOL

I don't know how I managed to live with out this mat. It is so simple and easy to use and has been in constant use since it's arrival. I have been prepping fabric for a big project and this mat has allowed me to work much faster. I love it!

This is my very first one star review. This calendar is printed on poor quality paper, which diminishes the vividness and impact of the photos. It's on par with the calendars some businesses give for free.

The mat is great except for the fact that it has a definite plastic stink. It's been airing out outside for the past week. Once the smell is gone it will meet my needs quite well. I had the same problem with Olfa brand mats. The smell does eventually go away but it takes a while.
