KOFERY Forged Stainless Steel Butcher Chef Knife Meat Cleaver with Wood Handle and Sheath

I bought this knife to use, but I also love the way it looks. The handle is a little lighter in color than I expected, but it's still a good looking knife. It arrived very sharp, and it's a nice knife to hold and to use. The steel is a little softer than you get on a more expensive knife, but that means it will be easier to hone and sharpen, and it's what I wanted. The blade is 3mm thick, which means it's probably not the first knife I'll reach for to cut up celery and onions, but for meat and larger items it'll do the trick. Arrived in a nice box, securely packaged, with no blemishes that I can see. It's now hanging up with my other knives, and I love it. I just wish I could buy other matching knives for a full set.

The knife is great, and it came crazy sharp. Has held it's edge so far. The only downside is it was so sharp it actually cut out the stitches on the sheath the first time I pulled it out splitting it open. So i guess be super careful putting it in and out.

Great knife. Sharp as expected and good handle. Happy with it. One thing, it would be nice for it to come with a leather sheath. tried some 7" sheaths i have and would not fit due to the thickness of the tip. But a good knife nonetheless

I used it twice already and I have to say that it cuts meat very nice and it slices it pretty good as well. I also used it to cut some veggies and it cuts the very good. I mainly bought it to try it out in my restaurant that I'm opening in April because it looks like a heavy duty knife that can handle the task at hand. One of my top ten knives.

I love this knife. It comes incredibly sharp and takes a sharpening well. I take good care of it, hand washing it and toweling it off right after useing it. I've had it for 3 months now and still love it. I've cut myself on it 3 times.. it's that sharp.. it's so sharp if it just barley touches you, It will cut you. My wife wont even use it.. its scares her. (Not joking)The finish is a little rough.. it's not awful.. just not perfect... which is what I would expect from an inexpensive knife.. the important thing is the blade.. this has a nice blade.

Nice knife for the price and less then 12 hour delivery but they get dull too fast. It must have to do with the cheap steal... I wash them by hand but still they grow dull too quickly

Very nice knife. Very sharp, well balanced knife. Slices through meat like butter. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it should come with a sheath.
