I have purchased several pairs from Saroyan, and these are my go-tos. Everyone compliments me on the rich sound. These are durable - barely any scuffs or marks - and heavy. Its difficult to use anything else once you get used to these.

The Zill's are an intermediate to professional size with a nice heavy weight and gorgeous sound. I listened to the sounds on Saroyan Mastercrafts website and came to amazon to buy since they are $10 cheaper :) I love my new zills ^_^

I love these. They have a lower pitched tone than most zills. They sound a bit mellow but still enough of an edge for ATS.

I have had a pair of these for about 5 years. I chose them because they have a lower tone than the rest (you can hear the tones before buying by going to the Saroyan Mastercraft website btw) and they've held up beautifully. I keep thinking maybe I want to try a different set but nope, I love the sound of these the best. They're loud enough for indoor or outdoor performances (ATS) and small enough for class; I think these are perfection.
