This keyboard is amazing however, it didn’t work for me out of the box and wouldn’t connect to my PC. After researching this issue it seems it was common enough that the cable out of the box is usually faulty so I had to go to the store and purchase a new cable and then it worked perfectly but this is pretty annoying considering this is marketed as a top tier keyboard and having a faulty cable out of the box doesn’t give you a lot of confidence in the beginning and having to spend even more $$$ was annoying.

This keyboard refuses to connect via bluetooth. I have tried unbinding and completely uninstalling it.. removing it from the device list. Restarted computer to start fresh. Put it into pairing mode and will not connect. I really like the small size and the customizable RGB lighting but the functionality matters more than the beauty. Disappointed in this product.

I love it. Bought this after my laptop keyboard started malfunctioning for use in lectures and at home to replace my coolermaster keyboard with cherry reds. Got the khail box reds (if you want to put on O-rings to dampen the noise don't get this one! They will NOT work). Stabilizers on the bigger keys like the spacebar/backspace/enter key are lubed heavily, as a result it gives those keys a muffled sound, whereas the others all have a nice click-clack from being fully actuated and hitting back up. It isn't much louder than chiclet keys in big lecture halls, but beware in smaller classroom environments. As for gaming on wireless this has a response time that is indistinguishable from my wired keyboards I have used, and have been climbing in league with it.The bluetooth functionality is quick and easy to bind and pair, with a convenient switch on the back to turn it off. I did have trouble connecting my keyboard to my android (S10+), but it didn't have any hiccups with my laptop or desktop. The range is decent, and I can comfortably use it in another room, as is the case when I take it to use it on my TV in the living room with my PC in the living room next to it.The battery life is very impressive, and have not needed to recharge since I have gotten the keyboard a few weeks ago. I don't use the RGB heavily, but do turn it on at night, even then the timeout for when you're not using the keyboard is relatively quick, saving even more battery.The customization software is VERY extensive, and I am very impressed with ObinsLab's intuitive design for it. Allowed me to easily remap keys and add options I needed such as media volume control, and arrange RGB patterns for when I do decide to use it.All in all very happy with my purchase.

This keyboard will take a couple days to get used to if you are new to 60% keyboards but the switches feel great and sound ever better, no rattle to the stabs
