HISY Bluetooth Headset with stand - pink

An great little. camera remote for iphone.
This remote works great. It took me maybe 20 or 30 seconds to pair with my iPhone 6s (including the time it took to open settings and get to the bluetooth setup screen). It is quite small so a lanyard is a must in my opinion. It comes with a sort of lanyard that its a few inches long and has a plug/closure on the other end that holds it in the phone's 3.5mm trrs headphone/mic jack. The lanyard is slightly difficult to thread so have a paperclip, sewing needle or something similar handy when you attach it. The aforementioned reason is the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars. The remote itself is quite responsive but not so sensitive that you need to worry about setting it off prematurely. I would definitely recommend this item to a friend.

No "awake/asleep" indicator. Comparison review
I bought this remote, and the Mooni remote. (Bought them. Full price - no "promotional consideration".) I especially wanted a remote that supported my iPhone 6 Plus burst mode. The HISY does. The Mooni does not. But the HISY lacks an important feature that the Mooni does have. Here is a head-to-head comparison.- Burst mode: Mooni no, HISY yes. It's the only remote I know of that can do that.Advantage HISY.- Visual indicator that remote has gone to sleep: Mooni yes, HiSY no. Big minus.Advantage: Mooni.- Ease of pairing with phone: both were super easy.Tie.- Ease of carrying: Mooni is easier to attach a cord to. HISY has a difficult (not impossible) attachment but if you don't want it dangling from your headphone jack you have to devise an awkward workaround.Advantage: Mooni.- Size: Moonie is larger but flatter. HISY is smaller but thicker.Tie.- Range: Both are bluetooth 4.0 and seem to have the same range.Tie.So it depends on how you'll use it. If you're ok with clicking the remote once (to ensure that it's not asleep) before you step away for that selfie, the HISY is a nice unobtrusive remote that will enable you to take a burst of shots to choose from. But if you want to set the phone up to catch something that may or may not happen within the next few minutes - like a child or pet doing something cute - the Mooni wins for that. If the HISY were redesigned to indicate whether it's active or not, it would be a five-star product.

Great Picture Taking Trigger
I use this clicker on my Iphone 6 Plus to remotely trigger pictures and to also start and stop video recordings. I take it with me on all my various hikes where I have no one else with me to take a picture of me out in nature. I have got this to work from 80+ft away. Usually when I am taking a picture from this far away I will click the button many times just in case the signal does not go through for one of them. This is extremely easy to setup and use. Make sure to follow the instructions for connecting. Then in the later uses it will take a click or two to activate the clicker and reconnect it with your phones Bluetooth. I think it is some sort of sleep mode when it is not in use.Overall looking at the different options out there and some of the poor reviews for the alternatives, happy I got this one. I highly recommend it.

Worked fine but there are better options out there
This worked as advertised, but I found a cheaper and better remote so I am returning this one. I received a used remote that was still connected to a device but once I reset it, it was easy to connect to my phone. It doesn't alert you when it has been disconnected like some Bluetooth remotes do but I liked how small and sleek it is. The range is pretty good, and it's easy to use. Just an FYI though, I'm being charged $6 for the return so don't buy this unless you're certain you'll like it.

I like to set up little photo shoots with my son ...
I like to set up little photo shoots with my son every month, but you have to be quick if you want to take pictures of two year olds. I was having trouble with the time it would take me to set him down, pick up my phone, get the picture framed and in focus then take the picture before he would just get up and come over to see what I was doing, and that was while he was still crawling! So I looked for a solution and bought this. Now I set up my phone on a tripod where it can stay focused and even since he started walking I can get a few shots in before he wanders "off set". Plus it frees me up to be goofy and try to get him to smile, all while I'm snapping away :). I'm sure there are many more applications for it, and though I will never be using it often enough to actually dangle it from my phone with the included earphone port thingy, for my purposes it has been perfect.

Great connectivity
Seems to stay connected very well. Well designed. overall I think this is a good pick for a lot of people. For people who are using it for things other than just taking pictures though it seems like when you press it multiple times very quickly it'll sometimes interpret those presses to be one price. So you have to press it fairly slowly. That's my only complaint. But I don't think that would affect most people

Great Bluetooth remote!
This product is absolutely amazing. This is my second time repurchasing this product (my first time, I left it behind at a luau I attended).Connects fast with my iPhone 6+ and takes pictures efficiently. I noticed that when your phone is off and you click the button, it can either turn the screen on and if you're listening to music, the sound can increase or decrease (every other click). No wifi required to use, just connect with your Bluetooth and you're good to go. One thing that I would rate down is that I received the wrong color. I ordered a black and received a white. I would give a 4 star in processing wise, but I do not mind the color. Just the remote itself. Battery wise, I cannot say how long, but it definitely goes a long way. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this product, especially if you have a selfie stick that does absolutely nothing.
