Definitely the most stylish one on the market!
Definitely the most stylish one on the market!Big gadget fan and this lock ticks all the boxes. Lots of smart functions, connects very well with my SmartThings hub. Love the look of it on my door which was one of my most important criteria when shopping for a smart lock. Great value for money, love trying out all the functions. App could be better, but five stars for the lock.

The hardware for this is pretty fantastic. The app however, need some serious work...because it rarely works.

Lock is garbage, bring the keys
I greatly enjoy the look of the lock, unfortunately, the only feature that works somewhat reliability is the app bluetoothed directly. Be warned that the app takes a long time to connect to the lock. It is also worth noting the magic touch and other features of the app do not work properly.The touch screen on the lock is not responsive and can't be used as a way to open the lock. In the rare occasion the screen does light up and is responsive the numbers look very nice. I am unable to provide any more of a review for the screen....it simply does not work.The main reason I bought this lock was the z-wave features. As you probably guessed by now that also doesn't work.I have spent enough time troubleshooting this lock that I am out of the window to return it. This product will be going in the trash, I'm tired of being locked out of my house.

great tech support
I have had this lock for over a year now and haven't had any issues up untill yesterday (mostly my fault). They rolled out a new app and I forgot my master pin and was able to use the old app to change it but the new app I needed the master code to change it or do much else and the new app disabled the old app. Well after contacting them they responded rapidly and jumped on the case. They jump on to their code for the apps and modified so I can reset my master code and got me back and rolling in less than 24 hours . I recommend this product completely based on their tech support,it is nice to see that now-a-day when most companies don't do it will and can't adapt so quickly.

KeyWe Review
I'm super into Smart Home products and have a background in tech. My review is against Schalage smart lock which I purchased previously. I saw a deal for this product and just moved so decided to purchase. Sadly the first one I received was defective and had to exchange for another. I considered this product not only because of the deal but liked the design and more true smart lock features.Install experience on par with Schalage. Look and feel was an improvement. However locking and unlocking are hit or miss on two fronts. Seems like it lacks power to fully unlock and lock at times. The app while promising as far as features only works if you stand next to the door and Android app is light years behind the Apple version. I hooked it up to Smart Things hub and for some reason has trouble fully locking and unlocking. That experience is better when using the app somehow. The alarm on the door also randomly will go off and there's nothing from inside the app to control it. I got my hopes up when I first researched the product and have been a bit disappointed. Would recommend I you can get it for a bargain and gamble on KeyWe continuing to improve the technology.

Crappy Lock
Had this lock for a month. Never got the unlock automatically when I got close to ever work. Also unable to get the NFC working. Touchpad is also an issue as it cones on when it feels like it. Makes it difficult for the kids to use. I plan on removing it with a better lock, too late to get a refund :-/

FIVE STARS from me!
I was unsure whether to get this lock or not based on some of the reviews but I’m totally convinced! Installation was not the easiest but nothing a home improver couldn’t handle. Once set up it’s just great. I love how you don’t have to take out your phone or use the touchpad with the smart open option. It feels heavy enough to feel safe and we had no connection issues at all. The price is cheaper than other locks, too, so highly recommend this.

Where is customer service?
I like about this Door lock is that in automatically locks itself and unlocks itself when approaching. What I don't like about this lock is you only can contact customer service to email and is seems like they are either still Perfecting the product or Slowly discontinuing the prior. Hard to say. Call get extra fobs At the moment And it's still a lot of questions their customers have of connectivity but no customer service to speak with
