When it worked, it was great. Easy setup and great video, yet it's not waterproof. Had it installed over my deck running on solar power and a thunderstorm came and killed this thing. When I took it down it was filled with water and dead.

The camera looked used when I opened it. I took a picture of the area where you plug it in - looked dirty. By the way, it does not come with a charger. The camera lags constantly. The app "ToSee Plus" associated with the camera is horrible! It constantly disconnects and the camera cannot be saved on the sd card. It says that it can save on sd but it constantly wants you to purchase the cloud recording. Very annoying. Do not waste your time or money on this camera until they change the app!

I was looking for a reliable wireless cam - didn't wanted to deal with wires!! I saw a good review on this one and i ended up buying 4 of them. Even got SD 128 for all four of them - over $400 more or less. Setting them up was easy / picture quality is awesome but here comes the issue... WiFi connection is really poor. Every time i wanted to open a live cam its an entire day of buffering. I have a really good WiFi... never got a problem with my other devices and even the closest camera to the router ( 15' distance aprox ) buffers and lag when connected . There's a lot of buffering between connections and most of the time they don't connect. i just don't like how they perform. It sucks cause i like how they look

The camera simply takes too long to wake up and give feedback. Very slow - 10-20 seconds. It set up easily, and seems to work well on solar.1. One issue relates to NO option to view the SD card contents from the App. Simply unacceptable. If you manually capture an image or video, it is available right away.2. The app steers you to the Online storage method, and there is no way to remotely view the SD card contents. So there is no way to see what is being recorded and verify that the motion sensing is working.3. My use is above our shed, so it doesn't get 'Mainstream' use. It is a deterrent more than anything else for me and the picture is very good, so will keep the device. Don't buy for coverage and use with Alexa regularly - Alexa times out before it gathers an image.4. I fear that I will need to remove the sdcard to view and verify that it is recording any motion.5. I verified that the 5V cable works for charging since I am using a 12V car adapter to power the camera and charge the batteries. That feature is valuable for me.6. Full screen display often times out and breaks up a lot, so not really effective for manually viewing the stream. The device is 40ft from the router, so WIFI signal is likely not 50% of what it should be to stream full screen images.In conclusion, this device is good for isolated and remote use, but shouldn't be used as a full time security camera that would protect your home or office. When I have time, I will pull the sdcard to verify that it is actually capturing images, the tools show that the card is filling up but no way to remotely check images.

I have had these cameras less than three weeks and am returning them non-functional. I ordered 4 of them and installed them all where they would get hours of sun. I followed the instructions to the letter. I am very disappointed in this item. They failed to hold a charge for very long. They never did record to the sd card as they were supposed to. I changed the settings as was required but never could playback my recording. Streaming the video was utter junk. Never could figure out how the two way audio worked. Stopped hearing audio shortly after installing. They were even fairly sheltered from the weather. In less than three weeks all are dead and I cannot get them to power up or reconnect to the app for remote viewing. Basically what you are buying here is very expensive decoy cameras. Do not recommend at all.

Do NOT BUY THIS CAMERA , unless you are willing to utilize cloud storage @$3 approx. A month. The SD storage is very limited, you can't use it w/the old to see AP. Which everything you really need you now have to pay for except the extreme basics. No email help, except what they wish to address, ignoring your other QUESTIONS, at least mine, and when I redid a more "specific" email, they were not the kindest, and did not answer. So if you want to pay for cloud storage, probably works well, the SD card has extremely LIMITED PLAYBACK AND FEATURES. Which is what I wanted. So all the features shown, most only work on the paid part, not as card only

I can not get it to connect to my wifi. I have tried everything. My cable company offers 2G to 5G. Garbage- can't return it- can't get it to connect at all! A waste of money and time!
