Great for Adventureous Cat
I bought this to let my cat roam our yard while I work in the flower beds. Its great because its lightweight, so she hardly feels it, and its long giving her ample room to explore without getting too far away. The hooks on both ends are great too. The one clips easily on to her harness, and the other end I clip to my belt or other sturdy object. My cat is not full grown yet, about 9 months old and 8-9 lbs, and she seems to hardly notice any tug or weight.

Nice leash for our cat.
I purchased the leash for our adult size cat so she could roam outside the house safely without running off after birds and wildlife. We already had a body harness to attach the leash to. So far It has worked perfectly. It is sturdy and durable yet light enough not to bother our cat. Happy with the leash and that our cat can roam outside the house without having our eyes on her 100% of the time.

Lightweight option for cats
My cat loves to go out back and play in the yard, however, recently she has been wandering further away. This was the perfect solution. I used a zipline and clipped on end to it and one end to her collar. Now shes able to wander freely among our yard. It's super lightweight but it seems really durable. She doesnt act like it bothers her at all!

Great for cats (only supervised)
Our new cat escaped our home and backyard several times the past week.We have a lot of coyotes wandering our neighborhood and just want to keep our cat save. The first leash was a 15 feet dog training leash and the hardware was much too heavy. This leash is perfect in length and the hardware is light enough for our 10 pound cat. Please be mindful: You still need to supervise your cat. Small animals can get frightenedby the harness and leash, panic and get entangled.

Works for my cat
Wanted a lightweight tie out for my cat to safely explore under my supervision but without me having to follow him around. This fits the bill. So far, so good.

useless
Not light at all. I'm using a way lighter leash n hach but is shorter that's why I bought this one based on reviews. The haches are so heavy tha doesn't make any sense them to market as light. My 6 month old cats don't feel light at all and it makes the training harder due to uncomfortability. Dissapointing. I wouldn't have buy it if I would have known. Unfortunately they don't display hatch size nor they think all d way through.

My cat says thank you!
I have a 4 month old kitten who loves to go outdoors. I purchased a harness that came with a leash from Amazon. Works great. I added a retractable leash to give him more range to roam. I saw this leash and thought it would be a better option because my kitten can roam without me being attached at the hip. It’s strong, easy to use and very lightweight. I’m happy with the purchase.

What quality!
I honestly didn't expect such a heavy duty lead. Holy cow! It's light weight but strong as heck. My cat will be chasing bugs outside very soon!

OFPUPPY Cat Tie Out Pet Rope Leash
Ok for a puppy, but I wouldn't recommend for a Jack Russell dog more then 7-8 months old…might break at the seems if pulling on it too much or running and forcefully being yanked back is when it may break. But good for cats most probably and toy dogs or small breed pups.~~~~~~~OFPUPPY Cat Tie Out Pet Rope Leash - Nylon Braided Cat Lead for Outside, Black, 26 Feet
