Update: 9/2019 - I was contacted by the vendor and offered a to take care of the issue. I received a new set of inks which fit just right and the print quality is as expected. It is fair to assume the first set was a random mishap and due to the new set being as indicated and also the follow up service of the vendor in a timely manner to address the issue I am changing my ratings to 5 stars.Delivery was as promised. While it states they are re-manufactured inks so the containers must be original HP's, a couple of the cartridges were a tad larger for my HP 8720 and I had to push in and then slightly pull out to seat them right and make the printer recognize them. Responded to the seller's follow up email and let them know, they asked for the printer model and a photo of the printer (!) and I have not heard back from them in over two weeks once I responded back with the model and make of my printer. Besides that so far the print quality has been acceptable.

This review is for the inks and not the supplier themselves. The supplier receives a 5 for customer service. However, these inks did not work in my HP Office Jet Pro 7740 even though the listing said they would.I purchased the first set and they did not work. The supplier sent a second set and they did not work either. I threw them all out. Sadly I forgot to email the supplier and let them know that the second set did not work either so I didn't receive a refund but that's on me. It seems other people had success with these but my printer would not accept them. I ended up purchasing the HP carts and they worked fine.

These cartrigaes fit slightly different and did not work in my HP Office Jet Pro 7740. Printer says that it is "not installed correctly". I fiddled with them for 15 minutes or more with no luck. I bought HP brand after and it worked instantly. The numbers are the same on these piles of junk as with the HP cartridges. I was trying to be proactive and ordered these ahead of time so I wouldnt have time without ink. The return time expired so i couldn't return and i was stuck without ink when i needed it. Waste of my time and money!

I got sick of paying full price for HP brand ink cartridges, so I decided to go cheap for once. BIG MISTAKE.I installed these tanks and one month later my print quality is crap... almost no black ink is coming through and I'm in the middle of a "level 2 print head deep cleaning" with a new set of HP cartridges installed. My printer worked perfectly for 3 years on HP brand ink. One month after installing these tanks, it's useless.Two words: RUN AWAY

After I installed these, I printed a document. Every third page turned out "decent," and I use that word loosely. I thought it was just the printer head, so I ran a clean cycle and tried again. No dice, same result. I ran the clean cycle again to no avail. Regardless, every third page comes out ok, the rest fade in from the right over the first inch of text. Now I have used them and can't return them. Just my luck. Absolute garbage.

I had NO problems printing whatsoever. I put the cartridges in my HP PRO 8725 and just hoped; voila, after one message saying “your printer can’t guarantee print quality from non-HP print cartridges” - out came a series of SEVERAL very high quality printed materials. Very happy as the other brands I’ve tried were a complete and total waste but these Kogain print cartridges continue to work very well. Will order again as needed.

Unfortunately I bought this thinking it would work. It was a backup for when my other ink needed to be replaced. I just get an error message on my printer stating I need to reinstall the cartridge and make sure it is correctly installed. Tried this several times but doesn't work and now my printer won't work. Just opened these today but bought quite a while ago because I didn't think my other ink would last as long. Now I can't return. So frustrating!

I should have stuck with buying the original manufacturer's cartridges. My printer kept giving the following error: "Missing or damaged cartridge". The vendor told me to clean the cartridges with alcohol and try again. Same error and by then 2 of the cartridges were leaking ink. Haven't heard from the vendor afterwards.
