TamBee 175 Degree Cabinet Hinges Kitchen Cupboard Doors Concealed Soft Close Hinges for Kitchen Cupboards Wardrobe, 1 Pair (Full Overlay)

Used these to replace some older hinges that had broken after 50-odd years of use. Although the dimensions of these are standard (I checked against some newer hinges) my broken hinges were much older and non-standard - nevertheless I was able to adapt the doors and the carcasses with no difficulty. Hinges seemed excellent quality out of the packet. They came with a set of screws to mount them which - unusually for products like this - were excellent quality too - no trouble putting them in and no stripping the heads. I really like how the hinges mount on the plate using a clip - makes it really easy to get the doors on and off. One thing to watch - these hinges are slightly larger than the old ones, and fouled against the shelves in the cupboard. I had to shave half an inch of the shelf to make it fit comfortably. Bear in mind if your space is tight. Anyway the quality of the hinges is excellent, the soft-close is great, and they made a perfect repair. I’m going to work my way around the rest of the kitchen replacing all the old hinges with these. Can’t say better than that, can I?

Great soft close hinges. The only thing to make them perfect, would be if they came with more solid furniture screws as opposed to the standard wood screws provided. I ended up using my own screws but I am sure the ones provided would be perfectly adequate.

I had an existing cabinet where one of the original hinges (probably 25+ years old!) had broken and the door was hanging awkwardly and was difficult to close. Finding an exact match was difficult so I took a risk and bought these. The big hole on the door was in the right place (phew) but the smaller holes for the cabinet were not. But, with some help from someone to hold the door in the correct open position, I was able to put the supplied screws into the existing cabinet to make new holes. Much to my delight, the door fits perfectly. And, as a bonus the hinges are soft close - I wasn't expecting that. The hinges are top quality too - nice and strong.

well made and sturdy great value for money but could not replace my existing 90 degree hinges with these as the screw holes for the door were offset by a fraction and drilling new holes was not ideal pity really as they look the part and probably better to fit on a new door

Great quality

Bought to replace a Hettich 10348 model 175 degree kitchen soft close cupboard door bracket. The TamBee bracket isn't an exact replacement for the one I had but with a couple of minor adjustments it works perfectly. The pitch of the holes to secure the hinge on the door side of the bracket don't match the original Hettich bracket, but using the TamBee hinge as a template I just drilled a couple of small holes and used the original screws to hold it in place. On the panel side of the hinge the securing holes were just a touch too small so drilled them out with an 6mm drill, the hole was about 0.5mm too small for the original screws to fit into. I used the original screws to secure the hinge as the ones that came with the package were too small for the holes that were already in place, this whole process took about 20 minutes for an amateur to do. All in all the TamBee bracket seems to work very well, very happy with the purchase. Hope this helps.
