Completely new generation beech plywood structure: the distance between the two ends on which the bed rests on the ground is less than traditional slatted beds. This allows the frame to offer better compression effort and makes it suitable for overweight people. It also increases its durability over the years - Model ORANGE. - ✅ High strength beech wood frame with double structure, 70 x 25 without welding, resin-free from harmful substances. Starting from the size 140x190 cm and above, it has central traverse and 5° reinforcement leg that guarantees an even more solid hold. - ✅ 4 tapered legs in solid beech wood included FREE with mounting screws for fixing. Feet equipped with non-slip plastic cap. Rounded safety corners made of high strength material. - ✅ 14 high strength beech slats inserted into the frame, characterized by “uniformity of behaviour” of the individual slats. The beech slats (very durable wood) of this mesh undergo steam bending, making them more elastic, while the resin, made from natural products, protects the wood from external influences. They are also equipped with protective film which, together with holes and grooves, promote ventilation. - ✅ Bed base completely made in Italy is characterized by the use of non-toxic materials, free from harmful substances, recyclable. Considered a green product. Ideal for all types of beds and mattresses. Don't understand why not ship as flat packs which should be much easier for handling ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best night's sleep ever! *by F***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 February 2021* I ordered this bed because I have sleep apnoea, and if sleep in a semi-upright position I don't need to use my sleep apnoea machine and wear a face-mask all night. So getting it right is quite a big deal for me. I ordered the Electric Orthopaedic Bed Frame [B07DQKC43N] and a Mattress with built-in Memory Foam Topper [B07H2G8JDT], but as luck would have it, it was just before Brexit brought all shipments to a halt for a week. Fortunately, Serena at EVERGREENWEB in Italy kept me updated on my shipment's progress every day, and made the waiting bearable. When the bed finally got here, it was really easy to assemble — just the legs to screw in and an electric cable to plug in — and then it was working. The first night I used it I had the best night's sleep I can remember. I woke up i the morning in the exact same position I went to sleep in, eight hours earlier. It was so comfortable I hadn't moved an inch. No face-mask and no sleep apnoea machine! And once my partner could see how well-made and feel how comfortable the mattress was, she got me to another one for her bed. One very happy buyer here — soon to be two. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Very easy to put together but cracks to legs and sides very rough to the touch *by J***J on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 October 2018* I had high hopes for this being a quality bed base after paying over £136. I was almost going to purchase a similar one for £60 from another seller but decided on this for the premium quality & quick delivery for expectant guest.Arrival was quick as expected & the bed frame was superbly easy to put together - just a matter of screwing in the legs which took only 5 minutes single handed. The disappointment was the damage to the slats and legs - see pictures in way of dents to the slats and cracks to the legs. The sides of the bed frame were also very rough to the touch when running a finger along - hopefully this will not catch on the mattress. Had the bed cost only £60 as per other sellers this would not have been so bad - but to pay the premium I feel the bed should not have these faults and be smooth to the touch, not rough. As it is needed for the guest, had no option but to put it together, until I hear back from the seller. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/127314757-evergreenweb-fixed-bed-base-120x200-cm-35-cm-high-wood](https://www.desertcart.be/products/127314757-evergreenweb-fixed-bed-base-120x200-cm-35-cm-high-wood) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
