The lift cylinder on this chair blows! The chair is advertised for the "Big Guy"..you feel like a lil kid sitting in this chair the sitting height is horriable, all the way up is still 4 in to low all the way down..your sitting on the floor. I hate it. Gave it to 7yr old grandkid..it fits her now. the leg rest is also useless unless your actually reclined all the way back it makes little sense. I bought the chair to sit in, not sleep. The mounting of the cylinder is back more then other chairs ive had, thinking it was to balance out the weight for when your laid back all the way but the trade off is when sitting upright your weight goes out over the front wheels and it make it roll like crap, not smooth at all, and if you sit on the edge of the front it will roll out from under you. This is bar none the worst chair Ive ever had. The positives … it looks good, chair materials seem good quality the neck pillow is nice..other then that..to me at least..this thing is trash.

While this chair feels sturdy under my 250-lb weight, which is true to its advertisements, it is not suited for larger people, and would likely be uncomfortable for smaller folks with wider hips, as well. The chair curves in tightly over the hipbones, an area where I carry relatively little weight, and cuts in uncomfortably. The same is true for the raised bits on the seat, which come up underneath my thighs.The chair is cute, though, and true to the photos.Assembly was mostly easy but several of the wheels wound up with broken pieces as I inserted them-- they would not go in without bits of plastic shattering.

The chair was packaged well and the assembly instructions were clear. One star was deducted due to poor machining of one screw hole that made it impossible to completely seat the screw. It didn’t effect the chairs ability to function though.The chair is very comfortable, rolls smoothly, and can be sat in for hours at a time without aches or pains. Took me about an hour or less to put together myself.

I am 6 foot 1 275 to 285lbs during the 2 years I had the chair. The chair looks great. And support for the chair was awesome. They replaced it without issue when they sent one with missing parts.After the first year the seat started to wear out. For the past 6 month the piston cant hold my weight and constant decompresses. Also when I bought the chair it was rated for 300lbs max. Now it reads 350lbs. DO NOT buy if you are more than 275lbs. It will NOT last. Otherwise, great chair for 2 years, then you need a replacement.

My old Halter HAL-024 Executive Bonded Leather Office Chair was great for several years, but the leather began to crack and flake on the back and arm rests, so I was looking for a new seating arrangement, more so a gaming style one. Cyrola's chair caught my eye and it had decent reviews for a good price, so I bit the bullet and purchased the colored one shown in my attached image.Comfort wise, it is very good since I love its ability to recline the back, which can almost go full horizontal. The retractable footrest is a nice addition as well. You slide it out and flip the cushion over, then adjust it to whatever distance you like. This feature is excellent if you wish to sit cross-legged since the footrest adds perfect stability to your posture when it is up close to the seat. Another feature that I really like is the little neck cushion. My previous chair did not have something like this, so being able to get support behind the neck is great. The lower back cushion is also very good, but on a minor negative point, it should be a bit thicker. It's way better than nothing, but more is always better in that area. Sure, you can always remove it to replace with something different, but it fits the chair and isn't bad, just would like it to be a tad thicker, that's all.Now, this is not a plush chair by any sort, so don't buy it if that is your intention. It is a wee hard, not uncomfortably so, just very firm. You do need to get used to it, and I don't mean that in a bad way as like torturing yourself to make you feel it is worth sitting in. No, this is a comfortable seat, just not in the same way as a plush leather office chair. It would have been nice if the main seat was a bit more cushioned instead of so firm, but I'm okay with it now. One thing the chair does need changing is the short arm rests. They're fine when sitting up gaming or typing, but laying back, the large gap behind them doesn't give your arms anything to rest upon. Being that they are easily attached with two bolts on the bottom of the main seat, changing them out for something different is a good option, though I haven't looked into that yet. The only thing that would be lost in that arrangement, which is a key feature to the chair, is the ability to raise and low the arm rests.In short, I do recommend this gaming office chair, though don't expect a plush seat cushion since this is a firm chair.

If you are looking for an affordable/comfortable chair that is easy to put together (this is coming from someone who sucks at these kinds of things) look no further. It's not perfect and I'm going to give you my opinions why below. I gave it 5 stars simply because it's that good for the price.There are three things that to me, don't make this chair absolutely amazing. First is whenever I get up from sitting in it, it makes a loud creaking noise. Second, the arm rests are too spaced out from the center. This is fine unless you are like me and bought it for gaming and want to hold a controller while resting your arms. I can't do this and my arms are longer than most people. Third the leg rest is honestly a piece of junk. It's too small and if you try to rest your legs on it your weight will shift forward and it just doesn't work. Fortunately I don't personally mind this but others might.In short you are getting a great chair for the price.
