Ordered 14th july night 11pm for 399 rupees.Shipped 15th july morning from Bangalore and got the product 17th july morning bfore 10 am.Delivery was super fast.Rigid packageI bought this bcz my budget is too tight and found this for 399 on a dealProduct itself packed very nicely.Earphone,a micro usb charging cable,3 extra earbuds,a holding clip and some paperworks.BASS 5/5 feels like this earphone maded for bass loversVOCALS 4/5 vocals are good and audible clearly,still there's some bass thereMic quality is pretty good,used for some calls and feels good,no grains on voiceBt5.0 is really nice,able to hear even if the phone is far away and battery efficient tooSound is pretty clear and even between 8th and 10th level of volume,sound is perfectly louder.I was worried about battery bcz this only have 70mah of battery,but im okay that it gives almost 4.5hour with 9th/10th level of volumeNot for gamers bcz the latency is noticable,but for a regular guy like me who spend all the time on YouTube, Netflix and sometimes on Spotify, this EARPHONE is for you.I even wondered that this had a circular thing to control length of wire.No sweat or pain after 3 - 4 hours of continuous usageWires are pretty decent and seems durable

Over all nice experience with the product, first I received faulty piece where sound disturbance observed in one of the earpiece. The product was returned, the new pair I received found good in sound quality and durability. Worth for money invested.

This is my first wireless bluetooth earphone that i purchased on 8.Aug.2020 after watching review of a youtuber. Since, this was available on discount under 500 price range. I bought it anticipating that it will be a good quality product that will satisfy my requirements. Unfortunately, the product did not work well in any of the department whether you talk about its build quality, plastic material, sound quality, design and above all the customer service is MOST PATHETIC and WORST EXPERIENCE. After few days of usage the earphones fittings/hinges came off and got loose. The earphones started loosing grip while wearing and i had to adjust the earphone every now or then and somehow I managed the same keeping in view the price on which I bought it.The most frustrating part is that the earphone started skipping sound in between and the battery lasted only for 2 hours after full charge. I called the customer care and they asked me to visit the customer care in Wazirpur Indl Area with bill and the product.I visited there but i was shocked by the response that i got from the executive in their customer centre above, he straightaway denied to get the product repaired or replace or even send it for the warranty claim as he mentioned that i used glue to fix the buttons hinges that came off on its own while few days of usage so there is no warranty to be claimed and no service can be allowed.I requested him to atleast get it checked once as the product was having sound issue and not the connectivity issue mostly. i could manage with the broken hinges fixed with glue but since there was no sound coming from earphones due to some loosen wires internally, they should get it repaired atleast once since it was only a month that passed after the purchase. But, the company executive simply said a big NO after consulting the manufacturer or his boss whosoever was sitting in the office that very day on 21.Sep..2020.IN A NUTSHELL, THIS MAY BE THE SINGLED OUT CASE OF BAD QUALITY PRODUCT BUT IT CLEARLY SHOWS THE RESPONSE OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER WHO IS NOT AT ALL CONSIDERATE OR BELIEVES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SALES. SO PLEASE BUY THE PRODUCT FROM A RESPONSIBLE AND GENUINE MANUFACTURER WHO HAS A GOOD REPUTATION OF AFTER SALES SERVICE AND THERE SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE RELATED TO WARRANTY CLAIM IN CASE THERE IS ANY.

The back up was okay. Product sound quality is very bad. Sound is so flat that I felt someone is compressing it. Bluetooth isn't strong at all. Sound was dropping while I was walking keeping my phone in pocket. Bass null as I said flat sound. I have returned the product.The only thing that i liked was packing as it was minimal and it does reduces noise at some level and moisture wicking was pretty okay.At the same time when I bought this, I did not expect it to be super awesome at this cost but this product disappointed me more than I expected to be disappointed.

I have been using this earphone since past a week. Must say, this is best in this price range. Best suggestion to someone whos looking for bluetooh earhone in this price range... im listing the pros and cons below. if you want.pros:1. sound quality and noise cancellation is above expectation2. Bluetooh Conectivity is fast.3. Charges quickly. it hardly takes me 30 mins charge.4. Charge last more than 4 hrs for continous users. for moderate users it would last 7-8 hrs depending upon ussage.5. Good quality of earbuds that fits perfect in ear and wont hurt for continuos use.cons1. connectivity is wont last longer tha 2.5 mtrs.2. fits slight loose over ear, if you have small ears like i have.Note:havent checked the water resistivity yet. But as of my routine this earphone is resistive to slight swet
