Its amazing how much this has helped me. I even used this while lifting weights. It made such an improvement in my form and capability. Who would think to wear if for that. They have special belts for weight lifting , but this back brace impressed me. When I got this brace in the mail my low back was hurting pretty bad. I put it on and I swear, it was instant relief. I'm extremely happy with my brace. I have told many friends about it already. So now many of them are getting one too.

I'm tall and I do tree service so my back gets all sorts of bent out of shape some days. This back brace is amazing. I don't use it while at work, but on days my back is really in a lot of pain I'll put it on after I get home and shower, sometimes I keep it on all night long and it really does wonders, my back almost feels brand new after wearing this for few minutes even.

This product is VERY GOOD at relieving back aches and pain. Really glad I bought it. The only thing I wish is that the slots that hold the aluminum plates had a cover of some sort that could be folded over the plates and velcroed down to keep the plates from shifting out while wearing.

This helps my mom a lot while she’s at her job, which she had to stand for the whole time. Because of the lower back pain, she’s always feeling tired after standing for a while. So I got this for her to give it a try and the first day after wearing this to her job, she’s not feeling the tiredness that she usually have. It is very supportive and safe as she mentioned. The only thing I’m worried about is, it’s too warm to wear this after winter.

I bought it because my boss in restaurant always wear this belt and he feels so good. I got this for my dad , he need to carry and move heavy stuff around in factory. He is almost 60 years old, for his lumbar to relieve pain and most important to support his waist. You have to get the right size and it is also stretchable . It's a pretty good product so far for him.

I'm loving it so far. Gave a 4 star for comfort because the little medal things on the back keeps popping out and poking me. Other than that, it's perfect. The adjustable belt is everything. The belt helps very much with my back pain.

Despite of this product might be a Lumbar Posture Corrector, I mainly looking for something to protect my lower back, which somehow may or may not ease my lower back pain. I do heavy labor in a warehouse, dealing items from 4 oz to several tons. Although pallet jack and forklift help sometimes, but they aren't stopping me squad down and lift up goods most of my shift. This Lower Back Brace comes in really handy. It does lessen painful muscle tension, restrict range of motion. Though I believe it can help prevent injury, you can't force yourself to abuse your back. Use correct body mechanics, take breaks from time to time, and follow work guideline.
