American History Memory Game By Classical Historian

I bought this item, but instead of receiving the Memory Game, I received the American History Go Fish Game. This provider does not have the Memory Game. They have been out of print for over one year.

We bought this game at a convention after talking with the creator, John De Gree and some of his children. I'm impressed with the whole family's love for history and their dedication to making it fun. My kids (4 and 7 year old boys) love to play memory with these cards, since they correspond with much of the information we're learning this year in American History (Cycle 3 of Classical Conversations). Our family rules state that we have to say out loud what the picture is of, so the kids are learning to connect the picture with a place, event, or person.The cards are made of heavy weight, glossy, chip board and seem to be holding up well, even after a year of use.
